Chpt.4 Closer

It's the 24th March 2020.

I marked off the date in one of my random book of mine.

The day we became best friends.

That's what today is, I know it's not a birthday or anything but it's an important date for me.

I put my books away as I got ready to wash up and sleep, when my phone went off... Well my sister's phone. I don't have one it's a long story and let's just blame my boyfriend kay?

Bae: Hey u busy?

Me: Nope, I was about to wash up. What's up?

Bae: I wanted to ask.... Did we get homework?

Seriously this girl!

Me: I was sleeping Bae. I wouldn't know.

Bae: ohh right and the other thing...

Me: What other thing?

Bae: I'm free this friday...wanna make plans?

Ohh my god finally! I don't care if I have plans... I'll cancel for you.

Me: Really I'm free too we can discuss tmr at school?

Bae: Kay see ya tmr.

I put my phone away and headed to the shower.

Great now I just have to ask my mother if I can go.

She's such an overprotective pain up my ass. My dad would let me go but I'll have to convince her.

^At school^

"So what'd she say?!" Nuri yelled excitedly as she hooked my arm.

"It took convincing but I can go!" I replied excitedly.

We are going to a mall. Her mom's taking us but she's not staying with us....obviously.

How I got my mom yo say yes, I have no idea. But yeah I get to spend the day with my BAE!

"We should probably get to class Maddison." She guided me down the hall as we continued talking about random stuff.

"Hey is it cool if one of my old friends join us?" She asked not knowing what I'd say.

"Yeah sure No prob." I smiled.

I'm not that bitchy...

She smiled excitedly as we started class.

^The next day.^

"Be safe. No wandering alone. Go together to the bathrooms and-"

"Mom I'm not 5 I'll be okay. Okay? So calm down." I said as I buzzed open the gate for Nuri and she greeted me and my mom as we headed out.

"Bye mom!" I closed the door behind us as we git in her car.

"Good morning Mrs. Subae. Thank you for bringing me along." I said smiling at her. I was going to be seeing a lot more of her.

"No problem dear, it's my pleasure." She smiled back as we left.

Her sisters were with too. They're probably going to stay with her mom right? Erhhh whatever I don't really care as long as me and Nuri get to spend some time together other than school.

We arrived at the mall not long after and went out separate ways.

Me and Nuri left to fine her friend...Emily was it yeah I think so.

We waited at our favorite food place.

Panda Express.

We waited for about 15 minutes talking about who knows what until her friend finally came.

"Emily. Sam. Sam. Emily." Nuri smiled at both of us.

"Hi."
"Hi." We said in unison as we shook hands.

She's pretty and she looks friendly but don't double cross her. She a killer.

"So where to first?" Nuri asks excitedly.

"Uhmm clothing store and we can play that game you explained yesterday?" I asked as we walked around.

"Ohh yeah let's do that!" Nuri was way to excited.

We laughed at her excitedness and headed to a clothing store.

So basically we picked out 2 outfits for the other person and then try them on and take pictures. It was actually fun. Except we don't really know each other's styles well me and Nuri do but Emily and I are another story. I mean I like her style but not for me.

My style would be oversized hoodie and baggy pants with sneakers. Always cool sneakers.

Yet here I find myself in a mini skirt and a girly back top with heels on...

"You look so good." They kept saying but I don't believe them.

This is fun but I hate skirts...

A lot.

We finished dressing again and went to get some food. It was really fun. Nuri messed on her face and me and Emily refused to tell her so here we are taking pictures of her with sauce on her face.

"Smile Bae." She smiled at me I could see the mess on her face through the phone and I laughed at her adorableness.

"Why do you guys keep laughing at me?!" She pouted.

"Ohh it's nothing Nunu." Emily said. That's her old nickname it's cute but I'll stick with Bae.

She got up and grabbed her phone out of my hand and checked her face on her selfie cam. She gasped and looks could kill, me and Emily would be dead by now. We couldn't hold it in anymore we just bursted out laughing hysterically at her.

She didn't feel offended in fact she started laughing too it was nice I liked it like this. We're close it's nice we can laugh at each other's stupidity without hurting each other.

We can be honest without insulting each other. We can be open and be ourselves around each other.

I'm really glad we've gotten this close and comfortable with each other.
