Age regression is a coping mechanism where a person mentally retreats to a earlier age; people that regress may exhibit childish behaviors. It is a completely safe way to cope with stress and daily anxieties and is recommended by many therapists.

People that age regress can do so at any time and for any reason, but there are signs and symptoms that they can show; however these are different for everyone and may vary greatly. Age regressors can regress to any earlier age whether it is a few years or a few decades younger.

Little: another name for a age regressor

Littlespace: when a person is age regressing (it can be an actual room, but nore commonly refers to the headspace a regressor is in)

Caregiver: someone that takes care of the regressor when they're regressed (someone the regressor is close to)

Agere: another name for a age regressor

Triggers: something negative that causes a age regressor to regress (these are different for everyone)

Involuntary regression: when a trigger causes a regressor to regress

Babyspace: also known as baby core, they regress between the ages of 0-1

Toddlerspace: also known as toddlercore, they regress between the ages of 2-3

*DISCLAIMER* Age regression is NOT sexual that is an entirely different thing and ome that will not be covered in this book. Age regression IS a coping mechanism and should be treated as such. Age regressors act, think, and behave like the age they're currently in, because they are that age. *DISCLAIMER*
