"we will make it y/n." louis tried to comfort worried y/n.
y/n paced back and forth as she waited in the departure lounge.
"louis, we promised our daughter we would make it to her play."
"we did and we will keep our promise," Louis reassured his wife.
"i know, it's just this is carliee's first-ever play, and i don't want to miss it," y/n explained.
"i don't want to miss it either, darling." louis softly patted the chair next to him, signaling for y/n to sit.
y/n took a seat, hoping it will help her cool down a bit.
y/n laid her head down on louis' shoulder shutting her eyes.
louis scooted closed until he was stopped by the armrest in between them.
louis wrapped his arm around y/n's shoulder, kissing her forehead.
"I love you."
