Class ends and I walk out to the front of the school and wait for Rose, Juleka, and Nathaniel on the stairs. I put my earphones in and turn on some old 80s rock. Luka walks up to me and sits next to me. "Hey." He startles me.
"On, hi." I smile.
"What are you listening to?" He asks me, I hand him one of my earphones and he listens. He starts tapping his foot to the beat. I smile a little.
"y/n!" I hear Adrien yell from behind me.
"Dammit." I say to myself.
"What is so bad about Adrien?" Luka asks me.
"Nothing is wrong with him..." I say looking back as he runs down the stairs to us. "I don't want the girls hating me." I say fast, so Adrien didn't hear.
"y/n, can i talk to you?" Adrien asks.
"Fine." I say, I hand Luka my phone and the other earphone and he starts rocking out as the rest of the school comes out. "What?"
"Why are you being like this?" He asks me.
"No reason." I turn and walk back to Luka, who is now listening to my music with Nathaniel. I giggle a little and run over to them. "Hey."
"y/n! Ready to go?" Rose asks.
"Lets go." I said I would follow them to a park with a big water fountain and carousel. "Woah."
"What?" Juleka asks.
"Everything here is so cool." I say running to the carousel.
"Need help?" Luka asks as I try to get on one of the horses.
"Yes please." I smile. He cups his hands and I swing my foot over the horse. The rest of the group gets on a horse and they start the carousel.
BANG!!
"What was...?" I start. The carousel is surrounded by ice. "That is fun." I say sarcastically. "Does everyone have a jacket?" I ask looking at everyone.
"I don't." Rose says shivering.
"Here take mine." I take off my sweatshirt and hand it to her leaving me in a t-shirt.
"I can't." She says trying to hand it back.
"Nope keep it." I insisted. She slides it on and I look around the carousel.
"What are you doing?" Luka asks, starting to take off his jacket.
"No keep that on." I demand.
"You're going to freeze." He sasses back. I look at him with the look and he backs off. I open the middle section of the carousel and lookup.
"Ah ha." I say closing the door behind me.
I hear someone talking to my friends through the ice. "Is everyone okay?" He asks.
"Yea just a bit cold." Juleka says holding rose.
"Wasn't there another person with you guys and wasn't she wearing that?" He asks.
"Yea Chat Noir...." Luka starts.
I whisper through the door. "Say I left early." They all hear me except Chat Noir.
"She left early." He says.
"And she gave me this because I was cold earlier," Rose adds. I smile. "Go help ladybug," she says.
"We will get you out of here." He says.
Luka opens the door. "What are you doing?" he asks looking up at me.
"I am breaking this thing off," I say, dropping a screwdriver into his hands.
"That is impossible." He says.
"You doubt me too much," I say punching the top of the carousel. My fist breaks the ice and a hole opens. "There." I say proudly.
"Your hand!" Rose says peeking behind Luka. I look down at my hand and see it bleeding.
"Meh, Just get out of here." I say crawling out and sliding back down the ice to the ground. Everyone else follows.
"Let's take care of that." Luka says.
"I got it." I rip off one of my pant legs making one side into shorts and tie it around my hand.
"Have you done that before?" He laughs.
"I used to box back in England." I smile.
"What do you not do?" Nathaniel asks walking up behind Luka.
"Uh..." I think. "I can not wear dresses," I smirk. They laugh, we sit in the park for about a house and watch the ice disappear from around the carousel.
"That took awhile." Juleka says.
"Looks like Chat was distracted." Rose says showing us her phone, on the phone is a fight with Ladybug and the supervillain.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WE NEED TO DEFEAT THIS THING!" Ladybug yells at Chat.
"SOMEONE I CARE ABOUT IS MISSING!" he shouts back.
"Woah." I say, Rose turns her phone off.
"Hey are you guys okay?" Chat says landing back in the park.
"Yeah we got out an hour ago." Luka says to him.
"How?" He asks.
"This crazy lady punched through the ice." Luka says putting his arm around me.
"Hey!" I say. "I am not crazy!" he looks at me. "Shush."
"Your hand." Chat grabs my hand looking at it.
"I'm fine." I say walking away, knowing it's Adrien.
"Wait up." Luka follows me.
"I have to catch the last bus." I say to him.
"I will go with you." He says. I nod and we say bye to everyone.
