⚠️ Trigger Warning ⚠️

Loki walked out of the medical room and around the building until he decided to go up into the kitchen / sitting area. The Avengers, including Banner, were already sitting around the table eating. It was now about 12:00.

"Loki have you had anything to eat yet?" Thor asked, making sure not to say brother.

"I'm not hungry." Loki answered. He rarely got food when he was in his prison so he had adapted to eating not as often. Most of the Avengers looked at looked when he responded, they could see his ribs were more defined than they should be. He had definitely lost weight.

"Please come and eat." Thor of pleaded. He didn't like how fragile his brother looked. Loki huffed but walked over to the kitchen grabbing a plate and placing a donut on it. He ate the donut but quickly regretted it, his stomach wasn't used to the large carb intake. Loki hastily walked out of the kitchen drawing the attention of the others that were still eating at the table. Thankfully it didn't take long for Loki to find the bathroom. He quickly opened the toilet and emptied his stomach into it. When the Avengers heard the commotion Banner and Thor looked at each other with a worried looked on their faces. They walked over to the bathroom and saw Loki crouched in front of the toilet getting sick. Loki's stomach didn't give up. It kept emptying its components into the toilet and when Loki thought there was nothing left he was quickly corrected. Thor tried to comfort his brother by rubbing his back but when he put his hand on Loki's back Loki flinched. Thor moved his hand away immediately not wanting to cause Loki anymore stress.

After about five minutes Loki's stomach decided that its components were all gone. Loki flushed to toilet and washed his hands splashing water into his mouth as well. He stumbled out of the bathroom even dizzier than he was before.

"I told you I wasn't hungry." Loki said jokingly as he started to walk down the hall to join the other Avengers. Thor didn't know how to react. Was he supposed to be happy that Loki made a joke or was he supposed to be scared that his brother just practically threw up his stomach after eating a donut? "You look like you've seen a ghost." Loki commented from Thor's facial expression.

"Believe it or not I feel like I have."
Loki made a puzzled face before stumbling back to the kitchen / sitting area. Thor  and Banner traveled a distance away but made sure to keep an eye on him, making sure he wouldn't fall over.

As Loki reentered the sitting area the others were sitting on the couch watching something on tv. Loki plopped down on the far side of the couch, making sure to stay away from everyone.

"How was your throw up session?" Clint asked smugly. Thor glared at Clint but he didn't seem to notice.

"Exquisite." Loki replied sarcastically. Some of the Avengers through glances at each other surprised that Loki was interacting with them, Clint most of all. After about half an hour Loki drifted off into a sleep. He wasn't thinking about anything, he was just consumed by the darkness.

Loki awoke from his slumber to the tv being turned off and no one else in the room with him. Loki got off the couch and walked into the kitchen to check the time. 10:00 the clock read. Great, he had slept for ten hours and was now fully awake. Loki opened the fridge and pulled out a water bottle. He hadn't realised how thirsty he was until the cold liquid  went down his throat and then, in seconds, the water was gone. Loki heard a faint gurgling sound coming from his stomach. He reopened the fridge and looked around unsure of what to eat. He grabbed a bowl of grapes and walked over to the elevator, hitting the Level 15 button.

He stepped out of the elevator and walked across the room, swiftly going up the stairs to the roof. As he walked out onto the roof a cool breeze hit him. His skin stopped burning from the hot seventy degree temperature the tower was kept at. Loki sat down on the roof criss cross applesauce and picked the grapes off the vine, making sure to eat them slowly so his stomach wouldn't get too upset. Loki looked up at the sky. He wondered what Thanos would do when he found out his prisoner had escaped and didn't plan on coming back. Would he send someone to look for him? Would he look for Loki himself? Loki shuddered at his thoughts and went back to eating the grapes. But what if Thanos found him? What would he do? Where would he look? Once again Loki tried to push the disturbing thoughts away by going back to the grapes.

After about ten minutes of eating Loki decided to try some magic. His powers had been weak from the little energy and nourishment he had. He placed the bowl that still had some remaining grapes in it in front of himself and tried to relax his nerves as much as he could. He lifted the bowl off the ground, much like he did to the book days before. He placed the bowl back in the ground and stood up. Now he wanted to try shape shifting.

Back in the tower the Avengers were in the meeting room. They had gone down to a floor that Loki would never visit.

"What powers does Loki have?" Cap asked.

"Why do we need to know that?" Peter asked. He didn't understand how Mr. Loki was such a threat. He looked so broken and tortured.

"Because we need to know how much of a threat he can be." Tony spoke answering Peter's question. He understood that the Peter didn't see how big of a threat Loki could be but he also didn't fight him in New York.

"Magic, shape shifting, teleportation, telekinesis, healing factor," Thor paused for a second. If Loki had a healing factor that ment that for Thanos to make Loki look this bad he had to do everything extreme. Thor shuddered at the thought of what Loki could have been through. "Astral projection or out-of-body experience, levitating, and cryokinesis."

"What's cryokinesis?" Clint asked.

"Ice manipulation." Banner answered plainly. "Thor you said Loki was adopted the first time we met, what kind of being is he?"

"He's a Frost Giant form Jotunheim."

"So that's where he gets his ice powers from-" Banner said.

"And that's why he started to turn blue when he got upset." Tony interrupted. "That also explains why when I put the helmet on him he was freezing."

"When I first met Loki and he was breaking into the facility to get the scepter, he was hot and sweaty. And he leaned on the scepter like he could barley stand up on his own." Fury said from a video chat.

"Like heat exhaustion." Cap muttered.

"And when he picked up the scepter his eyes changed colour from green to blue." Fury spoke again. "Like Barton's after Loki touched him with it."

"When I looked him in the eyes after Hulk beat him into the ground his eyes were green." Clint stated.

"My brothers eyes are green." Thor spoke up.

"Remember I had to hit you really hard on the head to get you to go back to normal." Natasha mentioned facing turning to face Clint.

"Are you implying that Loki was under the control of the scepter?" Steve asked.

"I think he's saying that the attack on New York may have not been Loki, it could have been Thanos controlling the scepter that was controlling Loki. Remember that in Loki's memory Thanos asked him were the tesseract was." Banner responded. The room froze for a second. Everyone was coming to the realisation.

"Does this mean Loki is innocent?" The Avengers looked around the room at one another unsure how to answer the question. Finally Tony was the one to speak up.

"He is still dangerous and we'll need to keep and eye on him but I guess in some way Loki is not as big as a criminal as we all thought." He finished his statement with a sigh. This also meant that they were now going to have much bigger problems.
