A/n: this is about vinnie and y/n seeing eachother at a reunion years after they broke up. Yeah thats what it's about and they start getting flashbacks of the relationship they had. Now, with the story......

Vinnies P.O.V
I was rushing to get ready for some dinner that I had with my high school friends. We were having a little reunion to help bring us together again. I'm not really sure who's gonna be there but I'm pretty sure Jordan is taking his girlfriend Maddy so we can meet her for the first time. (Also ik Vinnie went to school in Seattle but pretend it was in L.A for the sake of the story). I was putting my jacket on when my phone started ringing, when I looked over it was Kio calling so I pick up.
End of p.o.v

V: hello?
K: hey Vin, are you gonna come today? Like to the reunion?
V: yeah um actually I just finished getting ready so I'm on my way
K: oh okay then I'll see you when you get here
V: alright bro, see you then
*vinnie hangs up*

Vinnies P.O.V
I started heading out once I was done getting ready and got I n my car, I connected my phone to my Bluetooth. I was just listening to my music waiting for the red light to turn green.
*skip to him getting to the restaurant*
I got out of my car and went to the lady in the front of the restaurant.

V: hey umm I'm here for dinner with my friends
L: mhm umm whats the person's name?
V: under the name of Kio Cyr
L: oh okay let me take you to the table, follow me please
V: ok thank you. I said and we started heading to the table
Its been about 10 minutes since I got here and we haven't ordered our food yet, I also met Maddy and she's pretty cool if you ask me. I then decided to ask why we haven't ordered.....

V:guys why aren't we ordering yet?
J: oh we're waiting on one more...
V: who?
K: Y- oh look here she is!

I turn around and I see........

Y/n.....my high school ex?!

I don't have anything against her, trust me its just her and I didn't talk after we broke up. We had a really healthy relationship and all but we weren't happy in it. We were at a point but we grew apart and it wasn't the same. I decided that the past was the past and I needed to put that behind me so I talked to her

V: hey y/n...

End of vinnies p.o.v and now Y/ns p.o.v :))
I walked into the restaurant in which I was going to be reunited with my high school friends. Kio was the one who arranged this whole thing so when I went up to the lady in the front I told h e r that I was a friend of kios and that I was eating with him and some other people. She kindly smiled and told me to follow her. When I got to the table Kio practically scram my name and everyone looked at me. Then I heard someone say "hey y/n"
And when I looked to see who it was I was shocked.

It was the Vinnie Hacker himself,my high school ex

Now don't get me wrong I have nothing against him its just things are really awkward between us because we never left off on the right foot before graduating. We broke up because we had a lot going on in our personal lifes and those problems caused us to grow apart so we decided to split up. The thing is I never got over Vinnie. I thought I did til now, I guess those feelings were hiding since I never saw him....he probably has a girlfriend....right?

I finally snapped out of it and said

Y:hey Vin:)
V: uhh how have you been?
Y: its been good hbu?
V: alright I guess
*silence was brought on the table*

M: well hi I'm maddy, Jordan's girlfriend:)
A cute girl said with her hand out for me to shake which I kindly shook.
Y: hi I'm y/n

You guys where talking and thats when you saw that Vinnie had a bracelet, but it wasn't just any old bracelet. It was the bracelet that you guys wore when you were dating. You thought he would have threw it away by now. I still have mine. I was never able to throw it away it hurt a lot to try to get rid of it. Thats when I get a flashback from when we got them

                                  Flashback two years ago..
Y: hey babe!
V: oh hey my love, whats up?
Y: nothing really but umm I kinda ha e something for you...
V: what is it? He asked with a smile
Y: well I kinda got us matching bracelets :)
V: lemme see
*you show him the bracelets and he starts to smile widely*
V:yoooo these are cute omg!
Y: ikr
V: can you help me put it on?
Y: yeah!

End of flashback.....

Vinnies P.O.V again :)))
I was eating when I noticed y/n wearing a ring, its the ring I gave her the day I asked her to be my girlfriend. She still has is? Wow thats amazing. I still have the bracelet she gave me when we started dating. I was never able to get rid of it because it made me feel upset. I always have it with me and well its now sorta my lucky charm. I still remember going in and out of every jewelry store to find the perfect ring for her because I wanted a one of a kind for her.

                                        Flashbacks 2 years ago....
