You and Hunter eventually moved in together, primarily in LA, but you kept your house in your hometown. For Valentines Day, you had planned a trip for the two of you back at home, a nice snowy trip to a resort in the mountains. You had planned everything down to the second, and so far, the trip had gone smoothly. You both arrived in town right on schedule, stopping by your old house to pick up a few things on the way. Hunter watched you bustle around the house, desperate to stay on schedule, grinning. "Hey, there's your old bed! We made a lot of memories there. Wanna have a quickie for old times' sake?"

You rolled your eyes, but couldn't help but smile. "We don't have time. I like the enthusiasm though! Save it for later!"

Soon, you two were on the road, carefully navigating the winding, icy winter roads. You drove, having been the one to map out the route and the one most familiar with these conditions. Hunter was in control of the music, and the two of you sang along happily. That is, until traffic completely stopped. You tried to peer ahead to see the problem, noticing cars strewn off the road in a wreck. You sighed, drumming your fingers against the steering wheel impatiently. Hunter reached over, taking one of your hands in his.

The traffic added an extra hour to your road trip, but you tried to stay calm. You could still make the most of this trip. When you arrived at the resort, you checked in and unloaded your bags. Hunter seemed ready to take a nap after the long drive, moving to kick his shoes off, but you stopped him. "Not yet! We made it just in time for a small hike! We gotta go!"

You moved back to the lobby, looking for signs about the hike or any sign of a tour group, but saw none. You went up to the front desk, explaining your plans to the attendant. "I'm sorry ma'am, the trail we use for that hike is closed."

You sighed, disappointed but didn't want to take it out on the clerk. You thanked the attendant, pulling out your phone as the two of you stepped outside. You looked at your online itinerary, full of all the resort events you had scheduled for the weekend. This morning, everything looked perfect, and well-organized, but now, each one was followed by the words "cancelled, due to forecast."

Your heart sank. Everything you had planned was falling apart around you, and it hurt that the romantic trip you had worked hard for wasn't going to be anything like you wanted it to. You could feel tears well up in your eyes and you groaned in frustration.

"Aww baby, what's wrong?" Hunter sidled up to you, wrapping a caring arm around you.

His embrace made you feel safe, and you broke, nuzzling your face in his chest. "I'm sorry, I just...this is our first real trip together and I worked so hard to make it perfect and everything I planned isn't happening. Our weekend will just be trapped in the hotel room."

He chuckled, kissing the top of your head. "Babe, I don't care about any of that. Sure, it's fun to explore or whatever, but what I really care about is just spending time with you. I don't care what we do as long as we're together!"

You sniffled, looking up at him with a smile. "You really mean that?"

"Of course I do! Let's go back to the room. I think we can find a way to pass the time," he laughed, nudging you gently.

With a smile, you took his hand, heading back into the direction of your room. You ran your free hand along a snow covered railing, collecting snow in your hand. After accumulating a small pile, you tossed it at Hunter, hitting him square in the chest.

He jumped in surprise, a mischievous grin appearing on his face. "Oh you'll pay for that!" He dropped your hand, bending down to form a snowball in his hands. You ducked as he threw it at you, laughing wildly as you ran to find cover. You gathered up some more snow, packing it tightly before throwing it at him, just missing him. He ducked behind some trees, and you crept slowly around a fence, peering over it just as a snowball came to hit you in the face.

Slightly stunned, you shook snow out of your eyes. You reached for more snow, gathering up as much as you could hold and pack together. When you spotted him, you rushed towards him, large snow wad in tow. He winced, but the grin was still apparent on his face. As you approached, you shoved the snow into the hood of his jacket, pulling the hood over his head. He gasped as the cold fell around him, back arching as snow slid down his neck, giggling all the while.

You couldn't help but laugh as he did, letting your guard down so much that you didn't notice him reaching up and shaking the tree branch full of snow above you. You froze in place as the mound of snow hit you, weighing down your limbs. Snow seemed to seep through your jacket and clothes, cold water dripping down your back and causing you to shudder. Before you knew it, your teeth were chattering, even as you tried to brush off the snow. Yet, the smile still never left your face. "Alright, I forfeit. Too cold to fight."

He laughed, pulling you close. "Come on. Let me warm you up."

The two of you went back to your room, shaking off the remainder of snow attached to you both before entering. You immediately abandoned your jacket as Hunter grabbed some towels. He took off his wet shirt, wrapping the towel around his neck. You watched carefully as beads of cold water slowly drip dripped down his chest and trailed down his abdomen before you were finally able to break your gaze, noticing his sly smile. "What?"

"See something you like?" He joked, wiggling his eyebrows at you.

You rolled your eyes as you took off your shirt, wearing the towel like a coat. You took a step toward him, placing a hand on his chest. "Nothing I haven't seen before."

He gaped at you, dramatically offended by your comment. "Geez. Remind me not to undress around you again."

"Oh shut up," you joked, rolling your eyes again. "You think I don't know what you really meant when you said you'd warm me up?"

He grinned, pulling you closer. "Fine, you caught me. But I was trying to lead up to it with a little more finesse."

He wrapped an arm around your waist as he kissed you. The towel fell off your shoulders as you wrapped your arms around his neck, causing his towel to fall too. He pressed you up against the wall, winding his fingers in your hair. You let out a soft moan as he tugged on your hair, digging your nails into his back. He kissed along your jaw, down your neck, across your collarbone, and trailing down, teeth sinking into your skin ever so slightly. He reached up to unhook your bra, tossing it aside as he continued kissing and biting down your chest. You reached down, slipping your hand underneath his jeans, running a finger slowly up and down his shaft, causing him to gasp.

Hunter moved your hand away, instead guiding you toward the bed, gently pushing you onto it. He crouched before you, pulling you to the edge of the bed. You helped him pull your pants and underwear off, gazing at you intently as he spread your legs. He slowly swirled his tongue around your clit, watching you all the while. You jolted slightly at the touch, quietly moaning. One hand kept you steady on the bed, and the other you wound in his hair, desperate to bring him even closer. He sucked on your clit, tongue darting inside you intermittently. Your moans grew louder and louder as the tension built inside you. You fell back against the bed, losing yourself in the ecstasy until finally releasing. "I swear that gets better every time," you breathed, laughing a bit.

He moved up to meet your gaze. "You've given me a lot of opportunity to practice." He kissed you again, pressing his chest to yours as you reached to unbutton his jeans. With all clothing pooled on the floor, you broke the kiss, moving to return the head he had given, but he stopped you. "Mmm, not now. I just want you."

He kissed you once more as you moved up the bed, him following you closely. You were lost in the kiss, only vaguely aware of his closeness until he slowly pushed into you, causing you to gasp in pleasure. He began picking up a pace as he thrusted into you, placing sloppy kisses on your lips and face as he went. Each thrust was seemingly harder and faster than the last, quickly sending waves of pleasure through your body, building up the tension once again.

Without warning, he rolled over so you were on top, bucking his hips up into you. The new angle just hit the spot, quickly sending you over the edge again, and then once more after that. Finally, he came too, and you collapsed into him, both of you breathing heavily for a moment.

You laid down beside him and he pulled you close, kissing the top of your head. "See? Already the best vacation ever!"

You laughed, kissing his cheek. "Maybe we can survive the weekend if it's just like this."
