Leatherback and Otachi (Part 2)

[Continuation of Last chapter]

(No one's P.o.v)

Cherno watched as Gipsy started her way to the city, which had been evacuated earlier.

He looked down at Crimson with his good eye, since the acid blinded his other.

He had lost a comrade...
And a new one at that...

The Triplets had gotten out of Crimson and were now looking down at him from Cherno's servo/hand.

"He's... gone... isn't he..." Cheung says, holding back tears.

Cherno was silent, before sadly nodding. Sasha and Aleksis were sad for Crimson as well.

The Triplets teared up, then hugged eachother. They had lost their Jeager, just as they found out that he was alive.

Herc and Chuck were watching this, standing on Striker's helm/head. They too were sad for Crimson.

Striker was still trying to reboot, angry that a Kaiju had taken his bestfriend from him. Crimson was his first real bestfriend.

Oil leaked through Cherno's fingers, spilling down to the water.

The Triplets were then brought into the com-pod with Sasha and Aleksis. Cherno picked Crimson's limb body up, walking over to Striker, Herc and Chuck.

-Meanwhile-

Gipsy had picked up a large boat. She was going to Avenge their fallen friend.

Otachi was looking around for any humans.

"Damn I didn't know humans could be so quick to leave" She says.

Then she heard the sound of metal,  wiring and dragging come fast at her.

Suddenly she was smacked hard in the face with something made of metal.

"You're going to F**king pay!" Gipsy yelled, anger evident in her voice.

Otachi growled. Her tail swings at Gipsy, who hits it away with the boat like a baseball bat.

Gipsy's pilots were still at the Shatterdome, she had left when everyone was busy watching the fight of Crimson, Cherno, Striker, Leatherback and Otachi.

The battle between the two females continued on for a long time. Gipsy chased Otachi through the city.

Striker was eventually able to reboot, but Cherno ordered him to head back to the Shatterdome with Crimson and the pilots, including Sasha and Aleksis.

Striker didn't dare argue, taking Crimson, the Triplets, Sasha and Aleksis from him and heading back.

Cherno then runs into the city.

Gipsy was pinned against a building, growling at Otachi, who was attempting to try and crush her with her tail.

Gipsy grabbed her tail and yanks on it, making Otachi yelp, letting go of her. She then the spins around, then throws Otachi high into the sky, unaware of what she was hiding.

Cherno made his way over to Gipsy.

"Where's that Beast?" He asks her.

Gipsy points up. But then.
Two large wings sprout from Otachi's back, making the two Jeager's gasp in surprise.

Otachi then flew down at them, she spits acid at Cherno's face, hitting him in his right side, blinding him fully.

"Gah! I can't see!" He says, trying to get it off his face.

Otachi smirked.

"Say Bye Bye Jeager!" She yelled as she swooped down, grabbing Gipsy by her shoulders. She flew off and high with Gipsy.

"Gipsy!" Cherno called out.

"Cherno!" She called back.

He listened for her voice, he didn't know where Gipsy was anymore.

Gipsy was trying to get out of Otachi's grip.

"You aren't escaping Jeager." Otachi says.

Gipsy growled, she activated her chain sword, Otachi noticed when Gipsy went to slice her stomach.

"No Wai--"

Gipsy slices her stomach. The female Kaiju made an ear piercing screech and let go of her.

"..My baby..." Was all Gipsy heard before she plummeted down back to the ground.

Otachi soon plummeted after, except she was going faster. Leatherback saw her and ran to where she was going to fall, catching her.

Gipsy on the other hand, was using her nuclear powered core to slow her fall. She lands in a stadium.

She then went to find the blind Cherno. She finds him wondering around, his hand touching buildings so he would know at least where something was.

She comes over to him.

"Cherno" She says to him.

"Gipsy? Is that you?" He asks.

"Yes Cherno" She says.

She then took him by the arm, guiding him back to the Shatterdome.

But, just before he was about to step into the Dome, he started coughing badly.

"Cherno!" Gipsy says.

Cherno felt weak in his legs.

"Move outta the way!" Herc yells as Cherno collapsed.

All workers and pilots moved out of the way. Ronin then ran over to check on the poor Jeager. He checked his vitals.

"He's alive. But something is causing his systems to not work properly." He tells Gipsy.

Gipsy grew worried. She didn't want to lose another friend, especially one she considered a brother.

Striker and Coyote managed to pick the heavy Jeager up, taking him outside.

Ronin followed them, keeping check on Cherno's vitals. Gipsy followed too.

I know you were only trying to avenge your friend...

Gipsy Danger...

I will consider losing my child as punishment for killing him....

I just hope Zankokuna doesn't hurt me or Aniki.....

I can't let him hurt my son...
