Chapter 17: After the save

(Y/N)'s pov

Finally...free from that prison that I was locked in by that demon who possessed me when I was near death. Thanks to Frisk and the Sanses I am here today. But...now they all know who I am and what I am capable of. 

Well now things have changed now. I can't hide my wings or armor that I had during my early years before the great war between monsters and humans.

Few days later

Me and Frisk were able to get back home and everyone was happy to see us safe and sound. Frisk explained everything that has happened and who I truly am. They were surprised at first but them they let it slide.

But Toriel and Asgore were surprised to see me again after all these years when peace once among the humans and monsters. 

When it grew dark everyone went home it was just me, Frisk, Toriel and Asgore. After Frisk went to bed I couldn't sleep after what happened during the last few days. So I sat on the couch, folded my wings and put my hand over my eyes. I rubbed my fingers across my eyes. There were so many things that I have to clear up in my head. 

"ahem"

I shot my head up and quickly  and turned to see Toriel and Asgore.

I was a little nervous on seeing them.

I sighed. "Well...Asgore...Toriel...its been a long time since the last time since we've seen each other." 

Toriel and Asgore sat next to me. "It sure was (Y/N)" Toriel said as she put one of her paws on my back. 

They looked like they wanted answers from me on why I left and why I hadn't returned for all those years.

We were silent for a bit.

Then I decided to speak. "Listen...the reason why left and hid was because of what happened those years ago...the chaos...the injured...the deaths of the innocent...and for what destruction that was caused." I lowered my head.

"From everything that the you monsters and the humans did to me." I started to tear up.

"(Y/N)" I looked at Asgore. "I'm sorry what we did those years ago...we were in rage on what the human's did on threatening us to move or declaring war between us. We thought with your power we could win the war and stop this madness. But instead we destroyed your home and ended up sealed under the mountain."

I was speechless on what I am hearing.

"After we were sealed we were filled with guilt on what we've done we thought that we won't be able to see you again. And now we meet again."

I chuckled a little bit. "Well...you two look the same since the last time we encountered." I said

"Heh...you got that right, "Angel of Legend" " Asgore said.

Nobody's pov

For the next few hours (Y/N), Asgore, and Toriel talked until (Y/N) was tired and decided to go to bed. When (Y/N) sat on her bed a thought came to her mind. 

"I can't stay here...I just can't" she thought to herself. She looked at Frisk who was sleeping peacefully in bed. She was silent for a few minutes thinking if she should tell Frisk that I am going to travel through the multiverse tomorrow because she knows that there are people out there in the Au's who need help and deserve to have strength to defend themselves.

"So it is decided...tomorrow I will tell Frisk...and I will leave soon after" (Y/N) thought to herself before going straight to bed.

Tomorrow was going to be different.

A/N: well guys it seems that (Y/N) is relieved on finally being free from her prison that she was in during the last few days of being possessed. And she and Frisk returned home. But (Y/N) can no longer hide her secret and she seems that she doesn't want to stay and wants to travel through the multiverse to help others...but... she has to tell her close friend that she will be leaving.

What do you think Frisk will think of (Y/N)'s decision? Will she let (Y/N) go or not? And what do you think that (Y/N) will do after she leaves the Au that she mostly spends time in to see the other Au's?
