Noel and Liam oneshots

"NOEL WHEN THE FUCK ARE YOU GOING TO TELL THAT BIRD YOUR IN LOVE WITH HER" Liam shouted

"what are you on about?" i said

"c'mon Noel it's no secret we can all tell" Bonehead said

"He's right you don't hide it very well" guigsy said

'Well shit. at least Alan hasn't noticed' i thought but then again he is a bit oblivious.

'Yeah Noel even i've noticed" Alan shouted

For fuck sake. The girl they're all talking about is Y/N Y/L/N and they're not wrong when they say i'm in love with her there's no point hiding it anymore. She's the most beautiful girl I've ever seen and there isn't anything I wouldn't do for her.

I met Y/N when i was on tour with the Inspiral Carpets and it just went on from there

1989

"shit" i said helping the girl i'd managed to knock over off the floor. "sorry about that" she said. "No need to apologise, it was my fault love" i replied looking into her eyes. We must have stayed there for about a minute staring into each others eyes like we were in our own little world until one of the roadies shouted at me to get my head out of the clouds. she looked down and saw that all the guitar picks she was carrying onto the floor. We both bent down to start picking them up but ended up banging heads in the process. This has to be one of the most awkward interactions i've ever had.

After the gig....

another gig done and it was now time to get back on the bus. I walked onto the bus and saw that girl again. She was sitting at the back with her head down with her hair covering her face. i looked around the bus and saw that all the seats had been taken except for the one next to her so i just went and sat there. I noticed that she had her head down because she was reading a book.

"what you reading?" i said

she looked up startled and when she realised it was me her face softened. she help up the book so i could read the cover : John lennon - in his own write

"no way. you like John Lennon too?"

She just smiled and nodded.

"My boyfriend gave it to me before i left for this tour" she said

Fuck. A boyfriend. Why is it that all the girls that have taste have boyfriends.

"oh nice" i said

she went back to reading after that. I eventually got bored and pulled a walkman out of my bag and put my copy of imagine by john lennon in. I offered the girl sitting next to me an ear piece so she could listen and she gladly took it.

"i'm Y/N"

"Noel" i said

The rest is history. We were pretty much inseparable throughout the whole tour. we became close very quickly but i guess when you have things in common you are bound to get along.

3 months later...

it was the last gig of the tour and everyone was celebrating especially me and Y/N we were both happy to be going home but on some level we'd miss each other and i had definitely grown to love her but she'd never love me back in that way she always talks about her boyfriend and how much she loves him but sometimes she says things that make me think that she doesn't love him as much as she says she does.

it had gotten to around 1 am and we were both hammered. we were all huddled around a campfire with the radio blasting in the background. A song that we had heard only last week for the first time came on. The first time it came on the radio we both instantly fell in love with it - I am the resurrection by the stone roses. it has to have been one of the greatest songs ever written - so far anyway, i reckon i could write a song just as good as that one.
