I was almost done with my work I just have to send it to my boss, since the start of pandemic I would always stay at home and do my work but sometimes I go to the office when I get called in. It was saturday in the afternoon and Oliver was out shooting for a new movie with James.
As I was typing my phone screen lit up and Oliver's name popped up. I grabbed my phone and read his text.
Ollie🤤: hey darling, sorry I'll be home late they want us to do an interview for the new movie. If we finish early I might just make it to dinner.

I blushed so hard, seeing the photo he sent makes my insides tie in knots I've probably stared at the photo for too long and I still need to get some work done, so I shut my phone and went back to my laptop finishing the report that I was working on.
It felt like forever, I looked outside the window and it was already dark there was no sign of the sun only the faint light from the moon shining up in the sky with the stars.
I check my phone and it was already 8:47 pm luckily, I finished all of my work. I turned my laptop and went to our bedroom to take a bath, I threw my phone on the bed and went straight to the closet.
I grabbed a new pair of underwear and one of Oliver's shirt, I didn't grab a bra because it was night time and its much easier to sleep then I went to the bathroom.
*few minutes later*
I came out of the bathroom feeling good and fresh while I was drying my hair I went to the bed and checked my phone and it was 9:40 pm having 5 text messages and 2 missed calls from Oliver. This is bad.
Ollie🤤: hey darling, we just finished the interview and now just changing and head home. Sent 8:53 pm
Ollie🤤: just going to accompany James to buy food for him and Annika, might do that as well. Sent9:03
Ollie🤤: darling? You better answer now or else. Sent 9:17 pm
Ollie🤤: just you wait until I get home. Sent 9:17 pm
My body froze, my cheeks were burning so much I started to panic I went back to the bathroom and styled my hair a bit, put a bit of perfume and some lip balm.
