A evil Hypnos kid/s would cause damage to demigods as they can enter dreams and could cause Percy and the 7 to have nightmares and memories about Tartarus starting to rise, when he isn't, to distract the 7 and destroy Camp Halfblood and Camp Jupiter. The point is that demigods are somewhat reliant on demigod dreams and a Hypnos kid could manipulate and take advantage of that. Therefore an evil Hypnos kid would provide an (almost) unbeatable enemy.
