The gods are evil. They send monsters against their will to attack demigods for their own entertainment. They're the ones who let Kronos and Gaia rises because they thought it would be entertaining to watch their loyal children fight. Percy who has been so loyal finds out the truth and realizes Luke was right. Gaia and Kronos rose to stop the gods from being so cruel to their children. He leads a battle against the gods. One question remains in his head. Who will be the next Olympians, the next gods.
