Penelope's POV

I wake up wrapped in Peter's arms and when I realize this I quickly scoot out of them.

Peter wakes up a few minutes later and nutter a low "Morning." causing my stomach to feel weird. That's weird. I don't know what's causing that.

"Morning," I respond. "What do you wanna do today?"

"I was thinking, since you get to go to school at the beginning of the school year, I should introduce you to my friends."

"That sounds like fun." I respond. I get out of bed and go to my dresser. "We need to get dressed. I'll go change in the bathroom, you can change in here."

He nods and I walk to the bathroom.

I changed into some clothes and walk back out after I get the okay from Peter. (A/N: Imagine the shirt goes up a little higher and she is wearing less makeup)

Peter gets a slight blush and looks away before I see it.

"Who are you going to introduce me to today?" I ask.

"My friends Ned and Mj." He responds.

"MJ is the girl you like, right?" I ask, genuinely curious.

Peter rubs the back of his neck. "Uh, yeah."

"That's cool! I can't wait to meet your friends."

"Kids! Time for breakfast!" Stark yells from downstairs.

"Coming dad!" I yell back.

"Okay let's go." I say to Peter, opening the door.

We eat some pancakes and then Peter and I get in his car and he drives us to where we are going to meet his friends.

We arrive at the movie theater and get out of the car. Peter tells me where they are and I walk ahead of him.

I feel a hand on the small of back and immediately tense up, then once I realize it's just Peter I relax.

"You okay?" He asks me.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I tell him. I'll tell him what happened soon. I think to myself.

"Okay," he responds, not fully convinced.

We approach a boy and a girl and the girl hugs Peter then when they pull away the boy hugs him.

"You must be Penelope," the boy speaks up, directed at me.

"Yeah that's me." I respond.

"Peter's told us a lot about you." The girl spoke this time. "I'm MJ and this is Ned." She says pointing to herself and the boy, that I now know to be Ned.

"He's told me a lot about you guys as well," I responded.

"The movie is starting soon," Peter says. "We should get some snack before it starts."

Everyone nods and head inside.

"I'll have a large thing of popcorn and a..." I started.

"She'll have the blue raspberry freeze." Peter cut me off.

I playfully smack him in the shoulder. "Why'd you do that?"

"Trust me, you'll like it." He says, rubbing his shoulder.

"I better."

"If you don't I'll make it up to you. But if you do, I'll say I told you so." Peter laughs.

"Okay," I laugh with him.

Out of their earshot, Ned and MJ were whispering:

"They would totally make a cute couple," MJ whispered to Ned.

"Yeah they would. They've been friends for years, and with the way they act around each other, I'm surprised they aren't dating yet." Ned replied.

"They probably don't realize the other in likes them back, or they haven't fully realized they like the other person." MJ says. "But they are totally in love with each other."

We had to pay for our food and when I went to get out my money Peter said he was paying.

"No way. I'm not letting you pay for me." I say.

"Yes way," he counters.

He steps closer and I take in a deep breath and reply. "No way." I say, shaking my head.

"Yes way." He takes another step and I am now pushed up against the counter.

I take another deep breath and quickly place my card on the counter and slip out from his grasp. "Yes way!" I yell, laughing.

"Oh you little-" Peter starts to chase me but stops when one of three employees says no running. We stop and I go back up and get my card and we grab the food.

While we are walking off to the movie Ned and MJ are walking slightly behind us, far enough we can't hear anything they are saying.

"Oh yeah." Ned says. "They are so in love"

A/N; Thought I'd try first person point of view but I'm not sure how much I like it. I might go back to third person POV or switch back and forth.
