His Light

Chapter 1 - His Encounter

In a small town, known as Ridge Valley there is a pack, which is very well known to the area, they are known as the Ghost Forest Pack. Many people in this town do not believe there are werewolves but those who do are terrified. For this pack is known for its violent ways. Anyways, let's get into what this story is really about, a boy by the name of Riven.

~Riven's Pov~
I wake up hearing the sound of birds outside my small window, ¨Great another day that my pack gets to disown me.¨I sigh, getting out of bed, get ready for the day as I'm walking up stairs and Yeah you can guess where my room is, it's in the basement.*

*The all ¨mighty¨ Alpha and Beta are my brothers. And I get a basement with a bed, dresser and a bathroom that barely works. Did I mention I get abused? I'm the omega which is the lowest rank a pack member can have, but anyways back to my day. I walk into the pack kitchen, everyone immediately stops what they're doing and looks at me.*

*I can hear them whispering*

"Is he allowed out of the basement? I don't know but he could hurt us all, like he did his parents.''

*I felt something snap with that last comment, but I pushed it down, I rolled my eyes and went to the fridge and got very little to eat*

(After eating)

*Once I finally but barely finished, I got up, put my dirty dishes in the sink then went back to my dungeon of a room, grabbing my gym bag so I could go train in the woods*

*I walk my way out of the pack house and go down my hidden path which no one knows where it is at. One thing I forgot to mention, I have the ability to manipulate water*

*Now only noble and high ranking families can have powers, for me sadly I am one of those people. Anyways these powers are very hard to control, not only that but water is the most hated element power, it only takes one slip up to hurt someone*

*I sighed and started training. I never smile, that was broken a long time ago. But then something hit me, I smelled something sweet, like vanilla but smelled like the woods as well before I could get control of myself, I was covered in water*

"Oof...great now I'm soaked" I realized I forgot something, ¨Wait a second...there was something I had to- Oh shit! The meeting with the Silver Moon pack, I have to be there!"

*As quickly as I could, I grabbed my things and ran as fast as I could. And once I finally reached the pack hall, all I could feel in my two brothers, hellish eyes on me*

"Oh no...they're gonna kill me..¨ *I heard a small giggle, I immediately turned my head. I saw her...her eyes were a light almost whitish blue, she had long white hair, her figure..she was like an hourglass. I shook my head before my thoughts went any further*

*I thought, "This must be the Alpha's sister- MATE! MATE!! MATEEE!!¨ *I growled as I put Rin, my wolf in the back of my head* ¨Rin, that's enough.¨ *I sighed and sat down, next two my two brothers who were both staring me down but I ignored them as the meeting went on*

(Time Skip, to the Pack house)

*As I walked back to the Pack house with that girl still on my mind. Oh why moon goddess? Why me? I sighed and I turned a corner, I walked into someone hard, I gulped knowing who it was I froze and bowed to my brother, trembling*

"I'm sorry, Alpha." *Kegan just growled and threw me into the wall* "Watch where you're going or next time, I'll make you a new scar, other than the ones you make yourself. Understand!?"

*I nod running away into the Pack house, quickly getting down to my room*

*I whine as I laid down* ¨Ow..did he have to throw me that hard?¨ *I quickly sat up, a familiar scent, I smelled the air* ¨Why does this smell so familiar?...¨

*I got back up and snuck out of the basement, through the kitchen and out the back door. That's when I saw a woman...her white dress flowing in the light breeze, I went to say something but I immediately bowed without doing it of my free will*

*The woman smiled* "Hello Riven, I'm Selena, the Moon Goddess. You may stand now.¨

*I stood up, looking at her, her voice was so familiar but from where?*

*She began to speak again* "I have brought you out, to guide you of your misfortunes in life. To help you get rid of that pain you so dearly hang onto.¨

*I rolled my eyes* ¨Okay, listen goddess. I don't need another person to stab me in the back."

*Selena sighed* ¨I know you've been hurt before, please trust me when I sat this, she will not hurt you."

*I raised my eyebrow* ¨She? Who are you talking about?¨

*She smiled, walking up to me touching my forehead as her body slowing fades into the mist* "Remember who you are, my brave son.¨

*My eyes widened as I finally remembered* ¨Mom...no please don't, I need you..I-I..don't go!!¨

*I fell to my knees as I dug my claws in the ground. I shifted, losing myself more and more as the overwhelming thoughts came into my head*

¨It's your fault they died, She left you because she hated you, they all hate you. You should just do it, no one would miss you. It won't hurt."

*My eyes turned a deep blue, I finally reached my way to the cliff. The cliff where my Mother and Father fell...after I..killed them. I shift back into my human form, luckily I come to this cliff often*

*I went and grabbed my duffle bag I have stashed in a bush, putting clothes on and gripping my Mother and Fathers wedding rings in my hand and about to jump, I hear a twig snap, but I ignore it*

*I feel something grab me, I whip my body around and grab it, I'm growling but I stop once I smell the scent* ¨...It's you..¨

*The girl from the Pack hall meeting..it's her*

*She speaks as she has a worried look on her face* "What are you doing? You could fall.."

*I stare at her for a second, why is being nice to me?*

*She gets a smile* "You should get back so you don't fall, it's dangerous.¨

*I chuckled* ¨Dangerous? Really?¨

*I pushed her away from me as I snapped* ¨You don't know what dangerous is! You are standing right infront of a dangerous person, and if I may add, a killer.¨

*She stood back up, not removing the smile from her face* ¨I'm Noelle, Noelle Davis. You saw me at the Pack hall meeting.¨

*I clicked my tongue and walked past her* ¨Tch, you should watch who you're talking too, Davis. I'm not someone to be messed with, as you've heard from people of my pack.¨

*I shifted and ran, as far as I could away from her, I wanted her so badly, even more than Rin did, I was going mad over her scent, her body, her beauty-

Just all of her drove me mad...*
