Chapter 3 - The Taking

~Rivens Pov~

*I sit there eating my very little breakfast and a omega female walk up to me, I mumble to myself* ¨Ughhh..great...¨

Omega Female- *She giggles and her voice is a bit high pitched* “Hello Riven~ You look like you have been working out more.¨ *She touches his arm*

Riven- *He growls and the tone of his voice deepens* ¨Get your hand off me you useless she-wolf.¨

Omega female- *She stumbles back and hunkers down* ¨Y-Yes sir.¨ *She runs off*

Riven- *He mumbles something as he sets his fork down* ¨Stupid girls.¨

Caleb- *He walks up to him* ¨Damn boy, do you have to scare off all the omegas?¨

Riven- *He rolls his eyes* ¨Hey Caleb...tell me, why do you always try to get with wolves that don't want you?¨

Caleb- *He shrugs* ¨Don't know but when I tell you when I find my mate I'm gonna be a totally different wolf you know.¨
Riven- *He looks down* “Yeah I know and let me tell you it's true you start to change.”

*He glances over at Noelle eating with her brother in the dining room, he smiles slightly*

Caleb- *His mouth drops and he whisper yells at him* “You found her!!!”
Riven- *His smile drops and he whispers back* “Yeah I did but her brother hates me and he's an Alpha wolf so it's not like I'm gonna be able to be with her. I'm an Omega.”

Caleb- *He whispers* “You're the son of freaking moon goddess bloodline so that makes you more powerful than your brothers and makes you Alpha.”

Riven- *He sighs* ¨I know.¨ *He realizes what he said, he looks at Caleb* ¨Wait how did you know about my mother?”

Caleb- *He shrugs* “I might have been you outside when she came to you...”

Riven- *He sighs* “I should’ve known.” *He shakes his head*

Noelle- *She walks into the kitchen and sit beside Riven* “Hey Riv!"

Riven- *He looks over* “Hey….won’t your brother be mad if you're over here?”

Noelle- *She nods* “Yeah but I can deal with him.”

Riven- *He nods* “Okay."

Caleb- *He smirks* “So this is her. Hello I’m Caleb, Riven’s bestfriend nice you meet you.” *He bows and kisses her hand playfully and stands back up*

Noelle- *She giggles* “It’s nice to meet you too, I’m Noelle.” *She smiles* “Oooo what powers do you have? I have Ice.”

Caleb- *He smiles* “Lighting, wanna see?”

Noelle- *She nods* “Yeah I've never seen a Lighting wolf!”

Caleb- *He shows his powers and accidentally zaps Rhys, his face drops* “O-Oops” *He looks away from him acting like nothing happened*

Rhys- *He jumps up* “Ow what the--” *He growls* “CALEB get your useless ass over here now!!”

Caleb- *He runs* “Ugh gotta go!” *He runs off*

Rhys- *He chases after him mumbling* “Stupid wolf!”

Riven- *He sighs and looks down* “Why am I friends with him?”

Noelle- *She frowns* “He doesn't seem that bad, he's just playful.”

Riven- *He finishes eating* “I know.” *He stands up and washes his plate and walks over to the table where the pack was sitting, picking up the plates and silverware, bringing the dirty dishes over to the sink and washing them*
