The strongest

Ch.16

We end up spending a while just catching up on things, like his life at the temple and on the battle field and my life on Shili. I didn't to leave but I knew I had to. So we say goodbye and I head off to my quarters to get some rest. Most of the hallways are empty besides the clones who are on night duty.

Once I reach my quarters I immediately jump on my bed. Not caring that I still have my clothes on. I reluctantly sit up though, and take my shoes and belt off. Right after they are off though I lay back down on my bed and drift off into a dreamless sleep.

I wake up feeling well rested. This may be the first time in a while to sleep well without being interrupted by people or nightmares. I get up and change into some clean clothes before heading out of my room and to the bridge. Not too many people are there but then again I get up early most of the time so most people are probably still sleeping.

Since no one is there I decide to just go on a walk around the ship. Just walking around gives me memories of what it was like before i left the Jedi order.

Most of the memories are good luckily. I remember having races with the clones down the halls to see who could reach the bridge first. Climbing into the vents to prank people. It was so fun.

After a while I decide to head back to my room and meditate to pass some time by. While walking to my room I do see a few more people out and about, meaning that everyone is now waking up. I reach my room and head straight to my meditation mat.

I sit down and get comfortable. I take a deep breath and get the warm feeling that I always get when going into a deep meditation.

At first everything is just black. Then I hear talking and laughter from children and adults . I see the planet again but this time it is just normal. Nothing is destroyed. I can feel the grass from under my feet. It feels like i am truly here. I walk forward, seeing if I can find anyone that is here, but I don't hear or see anyone. I keep walking towards what must me a temple where I think I see a light of some sort. I walk of the big staircase, mesmerized by the beauty of this temple. Sure the Jedi temple was nice but this was like a castle for a royal family. The stairs where made of marble, there where beautiful plants lining the opening of the temple. There isn't even a door on it. It just open with pillars covered in flowers and vines. Natural light seeps through, making everything feel like it is glowing. I continue walking inside until I reach what looks like a stone table, there is a beautiful staff on it made of wood, with a gold sculpture at the top of it. I got to touch it but I hear a noise, making me jump back. I see an older woman walking up a staircase. It looks like she is walking over to me but when I go to speak to her she doesn't acknowledge me. She walks right past me and to the stone table, where she picks up the staff and start walking away. I quickly follow after her, curious as to what she is doing with it. She walks through a room and outside, where there is a path in the grass, leading into a forest path.

I continue walking after, my curiosity growing.
