"What do you specialize in?" Yuji looks at his brother, who is surprised by the abrupt inquiry. Eijun would never ask such a question. "Why do you ask?" Yuji asks as he walks through the school's hallways.

It was 10 minutes before class started when his brother unexpectedly approached Yuji and asked him what his strong points were. " Do you know what my strong points are?" Eijun exclaimed, pouting at Yuji.

"You're stupid, you don't use your brain in difficult situations..." Yuji began as he stopped walking, "Yu-" Eijun began,

"But you're amazing at cheering up a teammate or a friend, you never give up, and if you face a problem, you find a method to move past it or tackle it head-on," Yuji remarked

"Awww, thank you so much, Yuji," Eijun hugged his brother.

"Looks like we have to go to class, see you later Eijun," Yuji remarked as he walked away, leaving Eijun in the hall."Kazuya, Are you still alive?" The bell had rung, but the teacher hadn't yet arrived, so the kids were conversing among themselves.

"How could he have died?" Kuramochi asks Yuji a question, gazing back and forth between them. Yuji grinned and looked across at Kazuya.

"Oh, he wanted to follow my early morning training routine and he passed out not even midway through," Yuji responds with a grin, devil horns protruding from his head.

Kuramochi hums and looks at Yuji, "I want to know what you forced him to do?" he asks, gazing at Miyuki, who was trying not to sleep. Yuji grins even wider at Kuramochi's question

"I didn't force him and If you want to find out, you'll have to complete the routine with me," Yuji stated, his smile becoming larger. Kuramochi turned to face Miyuki, then back to Yuji.

"No thanks," he says, not wanting to go to hell and back; he's already going to do that with training camp coming up, and he didn't want to go through it sooner.

"Aww, Yoichi, do you think you're weaker than Miyuki and won't even be able to make it midway?" Yuji teases, he knows how to deceive Kuramochi into doing something/

"No, Yuji, I'll take you on!" Kuramochi growls, his gaze shifting away from Miyuki; he wasn't going to allow Miyuki to beat him no matter what.

"All right, Yoichi," Yuji chuckles, turning away from Kuramochi to hide the smirk.

Yuji hummed as he observed the pitcher pitch to Jun, who was currently at bat. Yuji was watching Seidou play baseball against Teitou on field A, and he was analyzing the pitcher's pattern and pitches because he wanted to learn everything about his pitching pattern before his turn to bat

"What are you up to?" A voice questioned, causing Yuji to look away from the game. Yuji raised his head to see Miyuki and Kuramochi staring at him.

"I'm trying to evaluate the pitcher, you know, to see if he has some pattern or vulnerability to his pitches," Yuji says, turning away from them to refocus his attention on the game.

"You can do that?" Kuramochi and Miyuki exchanged a look before sitting next to Yuji.

Yuji nodded and said, "Yeah. For example, timing is crucial in Suicide Squeeze gameplay. If even one player advances too early or too late, the entire strategy will collapse. The runner's footwork or glances between the batter, pitcher, or catcher is good to look at. Even if you know the play the other team is aiming for, it's difficult to anticipate who will benefit from it. Every time someone gets onto the field in baseball, there are endless possibilities "Yuji said that everyone was shocked.

"Let's get back onto the field!" Coach Kataoka shouts. He might just have to ask Yuji to explain more about what he was telling the two second years

"HAi" the team yelled grabbing their glove and running out of the dugout.

During the game, Yuji didn't have to do anything. The pitchers and Miyuki held the hitter in check, not allowing him to run and play the ball on the field. 'Oh well,' Yuji thought as he continued to prepare for the following play.

"Oh, you just sat on the bench?" Yuji asked of his brother. It's been hours since the first and second strings' games finished, and Yuji and his elder brother went for a late-night jog before deciding to relax for the day.

This has been a usual pattern for the twins because they didn't see each other on normal days because they were either practicing or in school, therefore the only time they truly caught up on each other's life was when it was late at night

"True, but it's understandable. The catcher can't even catch my pitches "Sawamura remarked as he sped faster, his head down. Yuji gave his brother a sidelong glance before opening his words

"It's not that your pitches are awful; you simply need greater control over them. You can't toss a ball as fast as Furuya or as sharply as Tanba. So you must develop your throwing method, as well as your interpretation of what it means to pitch a baseball." Yuji said this to his brother, offering him a little smile before going away to his room.

He wanted his brother to think about it, to discover his method of pitching rather than mimicking someone else's; Jun told Yuji, and now it's his job to show his brother.

"What are you doing?" Yuji said as he entered Miyuki's dorm. Miyuki looked up and then down at a notepad.

"I was researching the next team we're going to play," Miyuki said, before pressing play on the video. Since Yuji and Furuya joined the squad, they've been having a game after a game, so seeing the first-string looking at a notebook or viewing a video of a team playing wasn't strange.
