Beauty and the Beast (Fluttercord version)

Chapter 1: Fluttershy

Flutterbelle... Not really feeling it (plus you can't have Disshy if you don't have shy). But you will find out what else happens to Discord and his castle workers... Spoiler alert (Shows Twilight doing the spoiler alert thing in: Threes a Crowd) I'm giving Babette to Rarity and calling her Rariette.

Fluttershy was in her house when she realized she needed to get some food for her pets.

"Papa! I'm going out for a few." she called out.

"That's fine dearest." her father called to her. As he was an inventor, she often was asked why her father was so strange or why she was so strange, it didn't bother her much as she was strange, in a good way that is, she added to herself. Her saddle bag sat comfortably on her back as she strolled into Ponyville, her bunny Angel following her. She looked around for her father's friend, Cupcake, who always treated her highly, considering her and her father were so very close (dating that is, yes I made Fluttershy's father Carrot cake, GET OVER IT! Anyways... where were we).

"Cupcake! What a pleasure it is to see you again!"

"Same here Fluttershy, I take it that you need food for your forest friends?"

"Yes please! Angel here has a request for you, that is, if you didn't mind."

"Not at all! What does he want? Some of his little carrot cake recipe?" Angel nodded and licked his lips. Cupcake turned into the kitchen, Angel following. Fluttershy went out the door and bumped into the "most famous" pony in Ponyville.

"Hello Gaston Mac. How are you today?" she asked politely, not really wanting an answer though. (btw, that's his name, but... I'm just going to type in Mac because that's what everyone calls him)

"My, aren't you beautiful..." he looked down at the young mare.

"That's... nice." she said after a minute.

"Well, do you want to go out tonight, I have-"

"Sorry, I have work to do with my father." she looked into Cupcake's store, hoping he wouldn't catch the fact that she had just lied to him.

"I see, what about tomorrow?"

"Animals, you know how Angel is."

"You're lying, aren't you?" he narrowed his eyes as Fluttershy went inside the store to get the cake.

"Thank you Cupcake, come on Angel." She bumped into Mac on her way out and he smoothed his frown into a smile and looked down at her.

"My favorite kind of girl is the one that plays hard-to-get, you know?"

"I did not, I must get home now, my father is waiting."

"WHY IF I OUTTA, clam down Mac, smooth your rule." when he turned back to Fluttershy, she was already gone, out of sight.

"Oh Angel, I can't hide from him forever! First dates, then he'll want to marry me!!!! He's the most stuck up pony in all of Equestria!!" Angel nodded his head in agreement. She kept running until she saw her cottage in sight, then slowed to catch her breath. (insert Belle's reprise from Beauty and the Beast (lol))
