Prologue:
Hercules was born when a god named Zues fell in love and had a baby with a mortal woman named Alcmene, and cheated on his wife, Hera. From then on, Hera has been trying to kill Hercules. And in order to receive her revenge, she made Hercules go insane, and murder his family. In order to receive forgiveness he has to obey his cousin, King Eurystheus for 12 years, which who's great friends with Hera. to receive immortality and forgiveness.
Hercules was forced to receive the golden apple of immortality. Hercules thought it was impossible to achieve...
During Hercules' labor, King Eurystheus gives Hercules the impossible challenge: recive the golden apple of immortality.
In this challenge Hercules has to overcome some obstacles... Atlas.
Hercules' 11th Labor
Hercules' cousin, King Eurystheus, assigned a challenge to get some of Hera's golden apples. Anyone who eats one, will have immortality. Hercules thought the task was impossible, but King Eurystheus insisted. So instead Hercules asked Atlas the giant, to get the golden apple ,but he was not capable of doing it , he was stuck holding up the sky for an eternity. Hercules decided to take Atlas' place while Atlas goes to get the golden apples.
After a while, Atlas returns with the
Hercules said "I will make a cushion to hold up the sky in your place.
So Atlas carried the sky once again while Hercules picked up the apples and returned home.
Hercules left Atlas there while he was still holding up the sky. "Hercules? Hercules!" He bellowed, and Hercules left Atlas holding the sky, and he turned into stone.
