"Uh-Oh"

"You guys forgot your keys or something?" John B shouted as they approached us on the HMS Pogue, it was about 5 am and the sun was rising, casting a beautiful orange over the marsh, "You need a tow?"

I rolled my eyes as the three of us sat on the side of the boat, waiting for them to come and get us the hell out of here.

"Don't give them the satisfaction of thinking this worked" Kie told us to which I nodded squinting my eyes to look into the distance.

"Obviously" I nodded not even looking at the pie of them.

"You gotta admit it was funny." John B spoke up as he stopped the boat beside us, I had my hair in a ponytail as it was sticking to me from the heat.

"John B"

"Huh? What's that?"

"Mastermind, huh?" Kie rolled her eyes as Sarah crossed her arms.

"I'm always plannin'"

"Some patriarchal bullshit"

"Yeah, that sucked" Sarah complained joining in. I just shook my head before jumping down onto their boat sitting down at the front of it, leaning back on my elbows. I grabbed my sunglasses from the side, where I usually kept a spare pair just in case I needed to drive the boat.

"You still love us though, right?" JJ asked looking down at me, I sighed rolling my eyes with a smirk.

"Yeah, whatever" Sarah spoke as Kie tied the rope Pope tossed her to the pole of the boat we spent the night on.

"Hey, you still hate me?" John B asked Sarah personally, pushing his sunglasses to his head, pushing back his hair.

"A little. But Cody's gonna get you back when you least expect it" She told him nodding her head to me as I lay back on the boat holding my upper half up by my elbows behind me. I just clicked my tongue and winked at him as he looked over at me.

"Watch your back, boys"

"Well, I for one welcome that challenge" Pope nodded looking at me with a tilt of his head.

"Me too" JJ smirked looking me up and down, something he did at least 5 times a day.

"So, did you guys, you know..."

"Reconcile our differences?" I asked Pope as he looked up at Kie.

"Mm-mm" Sarah replied shaking her head, as I shook my head too with a frown.

"Not even close"

"But we're.... willing to work together"

"You know what? That's victory" John B smiled as I looked up at Kie and Sarah who were still on the other boat.

"Yep!"

"Woggedy-woggedy-woggedy" Pope smirked high-fiving JJ from over his shoulder. I rolled my eyes and smiled at the two girls.

"Know why? Hydroponic"

"Don't say that"

"All right, shut up. You guys ready to jack some loot?" John B asked as JJ sat down beside me.

"All-right, You got rope?" John B asked as I looked over the assortment of tools.

"Got it" I nodded reaching for the rope and holding it up to show him over my shoulder.

"Grappling hook?"
