Chapter 12

'Michaels POV'

Everything happened so quickly.Asking Sara where our son was,it must have set off a trigger inside her,something changed in that moment.
Before I had a chance to repeat the question she was screaming at me,asking why I had left her and that I don't deserve to see my son!For a few minutes I just yelled at the window.

"Sara,you don't understand!I had to do the right thing,I had to protect my family,I'm so sorry."

Nothing,I wasn't gaining any progress.

"I will do whatever it takes to get you and the rest of my family back,please,let me in...I love you."

Tears streaming down my face,I waited for a response,nothing happened for a few moments but then I heard the door open and Sara whisper 4 words ever so quietly through teary eyes.
"I love you too."

Sara's POV

"Where's my son?"He asked.
All of a sudden I felt a rush of anger and fury as I recalled the grief we all went through after his 'death'.I pushed him back out the door and told him to stay away, but he wouldn't listen.Michael wasn't leaving us again,he was yelling all sorts at the door,but then he said those 3 words that send shivers down my spine.
"I love you."
Through a head full of emotion I replied ever so quietly.
"I love you too."
