Chapter 13

The dresses are in the previous chapters.

Annabell POV

Finally it was the day of the Agreste Gala, my birthday and bringing Emily back. I can't wait to see their faces when I announce it. Me, Mari and other girls from MPS were at Mari's house preparing as the party would start in an hour. Adrien and the boys were at Nino's house. Of course Juleka, Nino and Nathaniel were dropping the act today and I saw that Chloe started to develop feelings for a certain red-head. I will so tease her about it later. After we we're done dressing it was almost time to go, so Chloe called Jean-Paul to pick us up and we headed to the hotel.

As we arrived we saw the boys by the entrance waiting for us. We walked in in pairs (I'm writing the ships): Adrienette, Chlonath, Ninalix, Lukagami and lastly Juleka and Marc, because Marc had the courage to ask Jules out. I walked in alone, 'cause I'm single and I like it. Nino broke up with Alya, and went with Alix. Adrien, me were quickly called by Uncle Gabriel, so Mari went to hang out with Queenie and Gami. When we got to Uncle Agreste he asked:

"Where did you get this dress from Annabell?"

"Oh, this? Marinette made it for me." I replied and Adrien explained:

"The girl who won the bowling hat competition."

"Oh, she? I am guessing she also made her own dress."

"Yes, Uncle. She also designed and made Chloe's and Alix's dresses and designed dresses for all girls from our class except Lila. Your new muse." I said with an explaining tone. Then we had to talk with some famous people and they complimented my dress and other dresses. I then excused myself and went to find the girls, but I bumped into Lie-la.

"Hi, Annabell."

"Oh, hi Lila. Are you happy with how the dresses came out?"

I knew that those weren't her designs, so I waited for her reaction, but then Rose and Mylene came.

"Lila those dresses are beautiful, you are so talented." Mylene said and Rose nodded. I could see her face change from a frown to a sickening sweet smile. She said that it is nothing especially when she is MDC. The girls went to party and I searched for MPS. When I finally found them, we went together with Luka and Jules to Jagged Stone and Luka said:

"Dad, we need your help."

"Hi Luka, Jules and friends. Is that Marinette. How has my favorite niece been doing. Anyway, what did you need help with kiddos?"

We told Jagged the story from the beginning to the end and his face was getting even more frowned with every minute. At last he said:

"You know that she could be sued and sentenced?"

"We perfectly know that, she doesn't and that is our main goal. We have all the people she lied about here. So will you help us Mr. Stone?"

"Anything for my kids and honorary niece. When do we start?"

"Right now." I said with a smirk. Liar Rossi is going down.

"Hello everyone." Jagged began. "Thanks to Mr. Agreste I'm here at this wonderful Gala and I would like to make an announcement about my favorite rock&roll designer and honorary niece MDC. From what I recently heard she has been bullied physically and mentally, by a liar in her class. Lila Rossi, please come up here to me."

When she came up trying to not run away he continued.

"Lila Rossi was the bully. She lied about knowing me, Prince Ali, Clara Nightingale and many more. And what's the most important she lied about being MDC, when in fact she bullied her."

At this point Alya came out of the crowd screaming.

"Lila is not a liar. She was bullied by Marinette and she IS MDC, she designed and made each and every of our dresses."

Then to the surprise of everyone Gabriel Agreste spoke up.

"I, Ms. Cesaire, have been informed otherwise. My niece, present here, told me that your dresses were designed and made by none other than Marinette Dupain-Cheng, my son's girlfriend."

Jagged Stone then continued, with a pale Lila by her side.

"Now if I may continue, I would like to welcome MDC known as Marinette Dupain-Cheng."

The crowd went wild with cheering and clapping. Lila and Damocles got sued, while Alya, Kim and Ivan got charged to their crime accounts. The Ladyblog got banned and replaced by The Miraculous Blog by Aurore. I decided that while everyone was happy (well almost everyone)it was the best time to sneak away.

I went to the bathroom and teleported myself to the cave. Fuck the balance of the universe, I don't obey to these rules, as my magic is of a different kind. I let Roaar out, sat down, afraid that I might pass out and told her to get Ladybug if anything went wrong. I closed my eyes and concentrated on giving the portal as much power as I could and when I was content I moved the teleport over aunt Emily. My head got dizzy, but I managed to stay conscious. I looked at Emily and let out a sigh. Nothing happened. I was about to walk out when I heard a quiet fluttering. She was alive! I saw her sit up.

"Where am I? What happened? Annabell?"

"Aunt Emily! You were in a coma for about four years."

I hugged her and she said.

"F-Four years? Oh my gosh Adrien!"

"Don't worry, he's safe, but I have one thing for you to know. Adrien and Gabriel are at the gala, Adrien has a girlfriend and she's pregnant, so you're going to be a grandma."

"Adrien has a girlfriend and she's pregnant?"

"Yes, now trust me, we will be at the party in a few seconds."

We teleported to the hotel, I told Aunt Emily to wait and went on the stage saying:

"Good afternoon everyone, I'm Annabell Agreste and I wanted to make one final announcement. Almost four years ago Emily Agreste went missing. No one knew what happened to her, but today I have the pleasure to say that she's here. She was in a coma and today she woke up in perfect health. Let me welcome my aunt Emily Agreste."

With that she went on stage and the crowd was silent, but soon started cheering. I saw a shocked Gabriel and even more shocked Adrien making their way to the stage. They went on stage and hugged. Soon Emily pulled me in too. Everyone was happy and we could call it a night except that Gabriel pulled me aside and barely choked out:

"How?"

"After I looked into the plans I saw the unusual project of the building. I checked if there was something underneath and that's how I found her. I tried healing her, but it didn't work so I waited for today and, because my magic is the strongest on my birthday I managed to bring her back. Now you should go, you sure missed your wife."

He nodded and just said: "Thank you, for everything."
