Chapter 171 - Stonegate Village

Qin Gang was dumbstruck as he stared at the woman that had come out of the room.

He knew that his little sister was beautiful, but not that beautiful!

Furthermore, he sensed that her physical figure had transformed completely. Her skin seemed different. It was fairer and seemed to be shimmering, as though she was a fairy from the heavens.

When she saw her brother in a daze, Qin Xiangyi covered her mouth and smiled.

Qin Gang came to his senses a long while later. He slapped his thighs and laughed. “I almost couldn’t recognize you, Little Sister.”

Then, he pulled Tang Hao aside and asked, “What’s going on, Younger Brother-in-law? Did you nourish her in some way, or is it one of your potions?”

  “Ahem!” Tang Hao coughed awkwardly.

“Please tell me! If it’s a potion, can I have some?” Qin Gang chuckled.

He knew that his younger brother-in-law had amazing abilities.

“I guess you can call it some type of medicine! But it’s extremely rare, and I don’t have any right now. I’ll tell you when I make some!” Tang Hao made up an excuse.

Alchemical pills were extremely rare and difficult to make, even though they had miraculous effects. Tang Hao did not want to make them too easily available.

Furthermore, it was very difficult to gather the ingredients for the Jade Bone Pill. He had only succeeded in making one so far, and he had no extras for his brother-in-law.

“No problem! As long as you remember!” Qin Gang said.

Then, he furrowed his brows as though he thought of something. “You’re going as well, Younger Brother-in-law?”

“Yes, what’s up?” Tang Hao said.

Qin Gang’s brows were locked even tighter. He turned to speak to Qin Xiangyi, “Have you told Dad and Mom about Lil Tang?”

Qin Xiangyi shook her head. “I haven’t. I only told them that I’ll be bringing my boyfriend back with me. I’m a little worried that if I told them about Lil Tang, they won’t let me bring him back.”

Qin Gang’s expression was grim. “That’s true. Things are a little tricky! That Zheng family kid will be there to celebrate Grandpa’s birthday too.”

Qin Xiangyi seemed to be affected by the news.

“Who’s that?” Tang Hao was a little surprised.

“That fellow’s name is Zhang Haoyu. He’s a few years younger than me. The Zheng family and the Qin family have been friends for generations. When he was alive, Old Master Zheng was good friends with my grandfather.”

“My mother is also good friends with his mother,” Qin Xiangyi continued, “She’s been wanting to match me with him since a long time ago. However, I’ve never liked him.

“The Zhang family runs a family business. They have a food company in Provincial City, and they’re slightly more wealthy than us.

“Mom should be planning to match both of us again, now that we’re gathered at the same place.”

Qin Xiangyi’s brows were locked even tighter after she spoke.

Tang Hao nodded in understanding, though he was not too worried about it.

“Let’s go and see what happens!” Qin Gang said. Then, he turned around and went to his car.

Meanwhile, Tang Hao and Qin Xiangyi rode in their car. The two cars drove southward.
