  The call was from Vice Governor He Changshun.

  “What’s up?” Tang Hao was surprised.

  He Changshun laughed drily. “Haven’t you heard? Xu Jianghai dropped a bombshell last night! The police officers who were dispatched to the Xu family mansion were all dumbstruck.

  “That Xu Jianghai looked like he was possessed. He confessed to everything he had done over the past years. Murder, bribery, and even rape. The police officers could not believe it.

  “Now, even the Province Headquarters is involved. They’ll be conducting a thorough investigation soon.

  “Xu Jianghai never had a good reputation. We’ve been wanting to nab him for a long time, but unfortunately, there hasn’t been sufficient evidence. Now is the perfect chance to bring him to justice.
