This morning i didn't feel like doing anything, like nothing at all. Cyn was getting my anxiety pen and she said that after talking to a doctor that I cant focus on my breathing when I have a panic attack anymore. Thats why my chest has been hurting.

Jaden finally woke up, he was on my chest. I went to get up since he was awake but he pulled me down.
