Chapter Three

Third Person (on Karl)

It has been 3 days since Karl has found Sapnap and they talked all day and night on the phone. They decided to meet up again tomorrow at an abandoned place in the forest.

Karl was so excited to see Sapnap that he went to bed early so he could see him sooner.

The next morning

Karl woke up to his alarm clock set for 8:00 a.m. because he had to meet the other arsonist at 9:00 a.m.

He hopped out of bed happily and walked to the bathroom and showered, brushed his teeth and his hair, and then he put his shoes and socks on and ran down to the hotel cafe to grab some breakfast.

Karl looked at the time and it read 8:27 a.m.

He realized he didn't have much time to get there so he got an uber to a car rental place and rented a car.

He then drove to the place him and Sapnap are meeting at.

After 10 short minutes he arrived and the saw the one person he was dying to see for the past few days.

Karl swung the car door open and ran into a hug with Sapnap.

Sapnap POV

I was sitting at the abandoned building for what seemed like hours thinking Karl wouldn't show up but then I heard a door slam and so I looked up and saw Karl running to me and before I knew it I was hugging the shorter boy.

"o-oh sorry Sapnap" Karl said as he pulled away.

I chuckled a bit, "it's ok Karl I missed you too."

For the next hour me and the shorter boy talked about everything until we ran out of relevant things to talk about.

"Hey Karl want to light this building on fire? It's an abandoned house, the owners who lived here were murdered and everyone around this area knows what happened here so they think its haunted but that is bullshit so want to join me?" I asked very casually.

"OOOH THATS SICK OF COURSE I WANT TO JOIN YOU!! i mean yeah sure whatever." Karl said embarrassed.

"bet, this could be our first actual date.." I said the last part very quietly hoping he wouldn't hear but once I turned to look at him because he was oddly silent, he was staring at me, and he looked like a tomato.

"u-uh ok" He mumbled, I'm assuming I made him uncomfortable so I acted like that didn't happen.

"Ok let's get started then!" I said happily as I grabbed one of the gasoline containers that was filled to the top from the back of my truck. I then told Karl to grab another one and pour it everywhere except for the second floor because that floor looked like if any weight was applied to it, it would collapse.

After 15 minutes of making sure the house had gasoline everywhere possible, I gave Karl a box of matches and took mine out of my pocket, we both took a match out and counted down from three, lighted the matches and threw them onto the gasoline. We then watched the building go up in flames. I looked over at Karl to see him smiling letting out little giggles. He looks so kissable right now.....

Whatever feelings I feel for him I am not ignoring because I know I like this boy that I only met a few days ago. No I don't like him, I love him.

Karl POV

I looked over to Sapnap to see him staring at me, he was blushing.

"Sapnap are you ok? We have to go now before we get caught and it will be a bit harder to get away because of the location we are at." I said trying to get him to go so we don't get caught.
