Chapter one:Detention with Snape

Hello.My name is Sarah Black.I am the daughter of Sirius Black.My father's dead now,for when me,Harry,Hermione,Ron,Luna, Ginny,and Neville went to the Ministry of Magic,we thought we would find him there.

We were wrong.He was never there.It was all just a plan set up to get and trap Harry.Harry wasn't supposed to fall for it though,and he got lessons of Occlumency,but he never really got the hang of it.

It sucks really bad.I mean,i thought I was going to be able to live with my father happily,but he just ended up dying.I thought that I would go live with him in Grimmauld Place with Harry,but now that's impossible.

Anyways,i have brown hair.It's pretty long and almost reaches up to my butt.I always put it up in a braid because if not it'll get badly tangled and I really hate it.The tips and the bangs of my hair are white.I was just born like that.Strange huh?

My eyes were green and blue.My left eye was green and my right eye was blue.Im not really sure why I have my eyes like this either.My hair color is a light brunette brown.I don't wear makeup because I think makeup only covers your true inner beauty.

Today I was heading to Snape's class.I sat with Harry,Hermione,and Ron at the Gryffindor tables.I was chosen a Gryffindor just like my father.I actually like Gryffindor a lot more than the other teams other than Slytherin.I know Slytherins are just a bunch of suck ups,but I really like them.

Draco Malfoy wasn't all that bad.I think that the reason he acted like a brat was because there was something bad going on with his family and stuff.Just because your rich and always have plenty to eat doesn't mean that you can't be depressed,right?

I sometimes hang out with Draco.He tells me a lot about his feelings.It's so sad of how destroyed his family and he has become.

After eating breakfast in the Great Hall,we headed to Snape's class miserably.We all hated Snape a lot.He was just this mystery person that no one knew,or his true identity.Its sad,really.I mean,i would like to know a little more about him.

"I wonder what Snape has for us today"Ron said grumpily."Hopefully nothing difficult"I sighed."Yeah"Said Harry gloomily.Soon,we got to Snape's dungeon and walked inside quietly.We then walked and took our seats silently.

Snape then introduced us to what we were going to do.We all then quietly took out the things we needed.I then began my work.This work wasn't actually all that hard.

I quietly worked.I then turned around to Hermione.She was trying to sneak Neville the answers without getting caught.Neville looked up at me and grinned shyly.I grinned back."Hi Neville"I said.

"Hi Sarah"He said back.I let out a little chuckle and then turned back to my work."Miss Granger,"Snape then called out,and walked towards Hermione.Everyone become quiet and then turned to look at Hermione.Hermione turned pale.

Snape then stood in front of Hermione.I got chills down my spine.That man was truly terrifying.Hermione looked up at Snape shakily."Yes,sir?"She asked.

"Would you like to tell me why you were helping Longbottom cheat and giving him the answers?"Snape hissed in his deep and smooth voice."H-he didn't understand what he was doing,sir"Hermione answered.

Snape then lowered down to Hermione."fifty points from Gryffindor,mud blood"Snape hissed.was it just me or was he acting super grumpy today?More than usual.This got on my nerves.

Hermione's eyes watered.She then looked down sadly.Ron was about to say something,but I opened my mouth before him."Don't call her a mud blood!"I shouted angrily.Everyone stayed quiet with their eyes widened.

Snape turned around.I had my eyes narrowed angrily."What did you say?"Snape hissed."I said,don't call her a mud blood!"I shouted again angrily.Snape then walked towards me.I got chills down my spine again as he stood in front of me.

"Detention Miss Black.Tomorrow"Snape then said.My eyes widened.Snape then walked off.I sat down and dug my face into my hands.What had I just gotten myself into?Im such an idiot!Why couldn't I just bite my tongue and hold my breath.

'But no Sarah!You just had to open your mouth and talk didn't you!' I told myself angrily.These were one of my problems.I had anger issues.I might as well just be damn bipolar!I then took a deep breath and sat back up straight again.

After class,Hermione thanked me.
