Right after the kiss
"your choosing me?" Deluca asks in relief
"yes Andrew, im choosing you"
"well that's great!"
"yeah" Meredith smiles
"So you wanna go on a date?" Andrew suddenly says
"Andrew.. we just got back together"
"Right.. sorry"
"No no, it's okay. I would love to go on a date"
"I'll pick you up in a few hours!" Andrew says with a smile
"Okay see you then"
A few hours later
Andrew texts Meredith that he is ready for her in the car outside her house. She comes out then Andrew starts driving to a nice Italian restaurant.
"So where are we going?" Meredith asks
"I'm not exactly sure, it's just a fancy Italian place, you'll like it."
"Sounds good!"
About 10 minutes later they finally arrive. Andrew parks the car, then hold the door open for Meredith.
"Thanks, it looks like good place" Meredith laughs a little.
"Let's go"
They walk inside. They have to wait 7 minutes for a seat because the restaurant is crowded.
"Andrew, Table for 2?" The worker says.
"That's us"
They get seated at their table and they have garlic bread with an olive oil dipping sauce. candles are lit, and the lights aren't too bright. It's perfect.
"So what can i get for you two?" The waiter says
"Can i please get Pinot noir" Meredith tells the waiter.
"Make that 2" Andrew smiles to the waiter
"Of course, I'll be right out with your drinks."
Once their drinks arrive they both ask for one of the most expensive but delicious pastas on their menu.
30 minutes later, their food arrives and they enjoy a romantic meal.
"Thank you for this dinner Andrew, it was quite nice."
"Anything for you" he smiles
In the parking lot they just stand there, looking at each other. Meredith goes in for a kiss. They make out but it's slow and romantic.
Once Meredith pulls away she stumbles on her words, contemplating what to say.
"Andrew..."
"I love you too"
