As l feel down it felt like my chest was closing it was getting hard to breath tears started to prick my eyes it felt like someone was choking me. l slowly start to gasp for air Your useless,You mean nothing. That kept repeating in my head l really did not want people to see me like this l started to slowly sob and start to gasp for air more louder STOP STOP STOP STOP UGHH. Till l heard a knock, "hey you ok?" Phil said. I could not speak if l spoke he would have heard my sobbing my gasps for air.

I stayed as quite as l could putting my hand over my mouth trying to cry quietly he couldnt see me like this. It started to get harder and harder l lifted myself from the floor looking in the mirror. Till l heard someone open the door l slowly look up and see ranboo staring wide eye at me he quickly shut the door and came running to me it just got worse once he got here l closed my eyes coughing as blood drippes from my nose and mouth.

I did not want him to see me like this l wanted him to get out please. "M/n l want you to breath with me" he said and slowly started to breath trying not to panic himseld. l tried to repeat what he was doing as best as l could tears still streaming down my face. Once l felt better he asked "What was wrong M/n?". I look down not really wanting to tell he understood and he grabbed me and put me on the bed cuddling with me making me feel relaxed. He kissed me on the lips before laying on my chest. l huffed feeling better he helped with the blood and wouldn't go till the next morning.
