The darkness thats comes within

A mistake is made???

When the letter finally came I was so surprised, I never expected to be sent  a letter...

Not after what happened last time someone like me was at the school.

At least I can leave this orphanage now, i had to leave in three days to get all my books and everything else..

Apparently they were sending someone over to pick me up and drop me off, good because i don't even know how to get there...

                                                                          5 days later at Hogwarts

I was so nervous I didn't know what house I was going to end up in...

Maybe the same house as my ancestors had all been in, if not then I'd be a total mistake...

No way I could end up in Hufflepuff that'd be a disgrace i may as well be disowned by my dead father.

The ceiling was so magical in the dark even I was dazzled, it was nothing like it was in the books it was better!

Even all the purebloods were dazzled, you could see they were trying to not look surprised... 

It was my turn I stepped up and walked towards the sorting hat, looking unbothered compared to the mudbloods who were almost in tears because they were that scared, it was intresting too see them in this world...it was all new to them, like it was all new to me....

I'd sat on that freshly polished stool,the sorting hat spoke...

"Lot's of ambition, brave for sure, creative.... not Hufflepuff not Ravenclaw..."

"mhm... SLYTHERIN!"

cries broke out from all the houses their was no clapping or cheering nope definitely no cheering... 

I got up and Minerva   stopped me with a worried look on her face, she spoke with un sureness in her voice...

"your not meant to go into Slytherin, your not a pure blood, the sorting hat has never made a mistake though..."

another teacher yelled out "its against the rules to let her in!"

Minerva settled the matter by saying calmly trying to control the situation as best as possible...

"everyone calm down the text will simply be re done"

she waved her hand towards the stool motioning for me too sit down again...

The sorting hat replied with fury "Why are we re doing this student, do you doubt my abilities she is Slytherin through and through!"

This time everyone was silent I got up after the sorting hat was removed and finally the silence was broken by Minerva shrugging her shoulders looking towards the other teachers who shrugged too... 

So one of the other teachers said "Well applaud Adriane!"

The clapping started and so i moved towards the Slytherin table here i was scowled at by everyone.

If only they knew...
