ADITI RAO does not want anything to do with Hawkins. She hates it. She hates the small-mindedness, the ridiculous town dynamics, the uniformity, everything. And she especially hates Hawkins High and it's so-called king, Steve Harrington.
She misses her parents, but they're gone. Her old friends left her long before she buried her past so it's not like she can call or write to anyone. Her chance at starting over ruined, she sets her sights on getting out after high school. Good grades, good scholarship, and then she's never going to see any of these people again.
Of course, Hawkins is on the verge of something big. Something that might just convince Aditi to stick around a little bit longer.
