Jimin felt a finger poking his cheek. He drowsily opened his eyes, peeking to see who is annoying him in his sleep.

He was greeted by a box shaped smile from a boy, head cutely tilting to the side.

"Taehyung.." he says in a groan as he tried to cover his head with a pillow. "..let me sleep."

"Come on now, Jimin. You promised."

Almost instantly, Jimin shoved the pillow out of his face.

"Was it tonight?" He exclaims, his small mouth gasping in realization.

'Taehyung' nods eagerly, eyes shining with excitement looking all ready with only Jimin is missing.

Moments later they're already climbing down from the balcony of his bedroom in the middle of the night in their pajamas and sweaters.

They walked for several minutes until they met the cliff where they could witness the cloudless sky around the unconcealed full moon, so beautiful as beautiful as it was in the day.

"So many stars. Should we count them?" Taehyung said and Jimin promptly turned to look at him and once again caught enchanted, beautiful.. just as beautiful in dark as he is in the day.

"They're a lot you can't count them by yourself, Taetae." Jimin says breaking a shy smile upon realizing his response was a little delayed, his heart made flips and somersaults when the silvered hair boy hugged his arms burrying his head on the young alpha's shoulder, looking so small and fluffy in white bear sweaters.

"Then we'll count them together." He said, voice muffled but as cheery as he could be.

"It will take so many years." he warned yet his voice speaks nothing of the sort.

"So what? We will come here for so many years too. I bet Moon Goddess would be glad if we could count how many stars are there to protect her."

"That's impossible to count stars, Taehyung. Noone has ever counted stars."

"A shame." Taehyung rosy lips curved downwards which made Jimin instantly felt guilty for.

"But.." Jimin says as he forced himself to level Taehyung's previous excitement. "You could be the moon and I could be the brightest star.." He bopped his nose while the boy cutely blinks rapidly twice. "..how about that?"

"But the moon goddess.." Taehyung bashfully bit his lip. He loved the suggestion but was reluctant, worried maybe moon goddess opposes the idea or worse they will anger her.

"I'm sure she won't mind." Jimin looked nonchalant and a bit confident, making Taehyung eventually smiles a bright smile.

"Okay." Taehyung held his hand, tight like he'd never ever want him to let go, not in many many years as he pulls him nearer the edge of the cliff. "I'd love that. Let's find you a star then. Look! there!"
