Chapter 22: Alchemists

Sora's POV

"Bakit po lagi siyang nahihimatay? And sino po 'yung sumanib kay Foresight?" tanong ni Frost sa mga professors namin.

Medyo natawa ako, pero pinigilan ko dahil it's a serious matter.

"Kapag ang time lapse na nakikita niya ay malayo, nauubos ang kaniyang mana kaya siya nahihimatay," sagot ni Maestro sa unang tanong ni Frost.

"And he said that, ang kumausap sa kaniya noong nasa game pa siya at ang kumausap sa inyo kanina, no'ng nag-concentrate siya ay siya rin mismo pero hindi siya."

Naguluhan ako sa sagot ni Ma'am Mint.

"Our mortal enemies. At ito ang pag-aaralan natin ngayon," sagot ni Professor Mint.

Umupo kami nang maayos. Gayundin, umupo si Maestro.

Bigla namang tumaas ng kamay si Night.

Well, that's unusual...

"Yes, Night?"

"How about the event?" tanong ni Night.

"Ah, you have been re-scheduled. And Maestro will announce you that."

Tumango naman si Night.

"So let's start! Have you heard the Alchemist?"

Alchemist?

Tumaas ako ng kamay.

"Yes, Sora?"

Tumayo ako at nagsalita.

"Alchemists are scientists that creates potion, not for good ones, but for evil ones. On 20th to 21st Century, tinawag silang witch."

Umupo na ako pagkatapos kong sumagot.

Ngumiti naman si Professor Mint.

"That's right. Scientist din sila. They create potions and test them but usually, for their own purpose, not for the purpose of many. And yes, they existed a long time ago... Bago pa tayo pinanganak.

"Alchemists don't want to believe about magic. As scientists say, it's unscientifical, no proof and evidence that it exists. But after decades, magic born again, so scientists just accept it. They want to learn more about the past of magics and add new knowledge for our own benefit.

"But alchemists don't want to accept this sudden change. So they want to rule the world without using magic, and anyone will be forbidden to use magic..

"I have a history to tell you. And this is a sad story between the alchemists and the former King of Void, Elite."
