{Haleigh's POV-}
We were on the road, we couldn't stop for anything, just in case Josh was following us. Hunter volunteered to drive, because he says he is a fast driver. Megan took shotgun, and me and Korbyn were in the back seat.
An hour passes and we reach St. Paul. I was on YouTube, looking at my channel and how much it had grown since last time I checked. I had ten thousand subscribers!!!
I sat up straight in utter shock. Korbyn looked up from his game to see what was so surprising.
"Korbyn! My channel hit ten thousand subscribers!" I squealed.
"OMG Haleigh I'm so proud of you!" He cried out.
"Thanks so much!!" I said to him.
"Anytime, love!" He smiled. I knew I could feel safe around him.
"Guys, hate to break up the love fest, but we're at the hotel." Hunter laughed. We climbed out of the car and checked in to the hotel.
We got our rooms and started unpacking. Megan ordered room service, and Korbyn was looking at things to do here in Minneapolis. Hunter was nowhere to be found, but I bet he's alright....
{-Hunter's POV-}
I left the house on a secret mission... To get a ring so I can propose to the most beautiful girl in my life.
I left for the jeweler's. When I got there, I walked to the front desk
"Hey sir. What is the most beautiful ring that you have here? I'm proposing to my girlfriend." I told the clerk at the front desk.
"Are you... Corpse Husband?" He asked me.
"Yes, now could you please..."
"I will get you the best ring, for a quarter of the original price. Depending how much you have." He said. I couldn't believe he would do that.
"Are you sure?" I asked.
"My daughter is obsessed with you. She says that she'll marry you. If anyone has to stop her from screaming your name at the top of her lungs, it should be me." He chuckled.
"Thanks so much, sir." I said as he showed me to the back.
"You're welcome. You know, my daughter literally screamed when you're face was posted. I didn't think it was real at first. When you walked into the store and I was stunned. What is your real name by the way?" he asked.
"Hunter Lucas. But you can call me Hunter." I told him. When we got to the back, he showed me to the most beautiful ring I've ever seen.
"Whoa! That must be expensive." I said.
"It is made out of gold and diamond. It is $50,000 but you can have it for five grand if you'd like." He said.
"Whoa! I don't want to pay that little! Are you sure?" I asked, I was astonished.
"I insist. You know, that girl you're proposing to. She's the luckiest girl on planet Earth." He said. I giggled.
"I guess that's true." I laughed. I gave him my five thousand dollars, took the ring and left for the hotel.
I looked at my phone, I had 27 missed calls from Megan. Oh God. I better call her back, so she knows I'm okay.
She didn't answer. Then I read her text.
I'm going to the pool. Please message me back. I just hope you're okay. And if you are, that you're not with another girl.
I sighed. I love her so much.
I got to the hotel, got dressed into my swimsuit, and left for the pool.
I saw Megan there. She was with Haleigh and Korbyn.
"Waddup baby?" I said. Megan turned her head and ran for my arms.
"Haleigh's been pissing me off!" She called playfully.
"Oh really? How so?" I questioned.
"She's been hugging and kissing onto Korbyn in front of me, just because you weren't here to do the same to me!" She whined playfully.
"Well, let's change that. Shall we?" I pulled her into my arms and kissed her soft lips.
We hung out in the pool area for a few hours, then we decided to go get dinner.
"When Haleigh was all by herself. I asked her..."
"Hey, could you take Korbyn somewhere else, other than where me and Megan will go? I'm going to take her to the spot." I asked her.
"Sure. I'll let you do your thing. Korbyn said he wanted to stay at the hotel with me, so that's perfect." She said, then walked off to see Korbyn. I decided to walk up to Megan.
"Hey Megan, I want to go somewhere special tonight. Just the two of us. Korbyn and Haleigh are going to stay at the hotel, so it will be just the two of us." I said. She beamed in excitement.
"Okay sure! Where are we going?" She asked.
"You'll see." I chuckled. I took her hand, grabbed the bag with the ring in it, and we left for the spot where we had our first date. I decided to have her blindfolded so that she wouldn't get any hints.
We drove for not even two minutes before she started to try to pull the blindfold off.
"No, you can't do that. It's a surprise." I laughed.
"Okay fiiiiiiiine." She laughed. "But just know that you're killing me!"
Our first date was at the hill on the end of the highway by where Minneapolis cuts off into another smaller city. It had a good view of the sunset, and a beautiful lake that reflects the sunset.
We arrived at the spot within fifteen minutes of driving...
{-Megan's POV-}
"Hunter please just tell me where we're going!! You're killing me!" I cried.
"We're almost there, quit whining." Hunter laughed. As I heard the car pull to a stop, I realized that the road was a little bumpy. I think I know where we are.
I tried to get out of the car, but as I opened the door, I nearly fell out of the car due to the blindfold, but Hunter caught me.
"Next time, be careful before you get out of the car so fast." He laughed. He removed my blindfold I knew exactly where we were.
"Hunter... You brought us back here?" I started tearing up. Hunter sighed. I could tell something was bothering him.
Then he started talking...
"Megan... We've been a happy couple for months now...." He sighed.
"Yea..." I was getting worried, was he breaking up with me?
"I want to change us.... From boyfriend and girlfriend... To... Husband and wife" I could see his face light up as he started to kneel down.
He pulled a small box out of his bag and got down on one knee.. I began to tear up
"Megan? Will you marry me? Will you make me the happiest man alive and be my wife? Til death do we part?" I couldn't believe it! Hunter wanted to marry me!
"Yes... Yes I'd love to!!!!" I cried, he placed the ring on my finger. I pulled him close and kissed his lips.
I am the happiest girl alive, because I have Hunter Lucas, my new husband in my life. Haleigh is going to flip out. I'm so excited to tell her that we are engaged!
A moment of silence was broken by Hunter.
"We should probably go join Haleigh and Korbyn back at the hotel."
"Yea, let's go." I said, we linked arms and left for the hotel.
