So basically this is based off My Hero Academia were everyone has a different type of quirk. But the school is in America and it's has the dream smp in it.
I'll try and explain the quirks to the best of my abilities😅. I tried to match the quirks to the characters.
Dream: Bullet time
Dream moves at incredibly high speeds when he chooses to. However, his time of speed is a bit more complicated than that. For starters, his body isn't just moving fast: everything about him is moving fast. It's almost as if he's living faster. he perceives time as normal and, everything else is simply slowed down (like bullet time). he is capable performing all kinds of different tasks at incredibly high speeds.

Nikki can creat wings whenever she wants, that produce a dust/glitter that has many side affects, Nikki can choose the side effects with roughly an 80% accuracy.

Karl can make anything happen, no matter how far into the future or how back into the past, but when Karl go's to the past or future he starts to forget things for a little while. After a while the gets his memory back.

This allows Tubbo to have the characteristics of a bee when needed to, but he can't turn into a full bee. Although he can befriend any bee he comes across.

Half sheep half human. Puffy can hear people over 100m away, also has horns used for ramming.

Wings allows Philza to fly, gaining altitude and speed with training. One who has only Wings must train everything else to keep up strength as flying takes up a lot of stamina and continuous and makes Philza tend to pass out once and awhile. Going too high/ too fast can also knock out Philza.
