Deal if you Dare

Chapter 1

In a bedroom of a high school boy named Dean, his alarm was going off loudly telling him he needs to wake up for school. He rolled over and hit it till it shut up and he groaned and rolled out of bed and picked up his phone and saw text messages from his friends he was already late and he quickly put on his uniform and ran to school.

He got to school late and got yelled at but he didn't care that's all that ever happened he was pretty much king of the school no one really messed with him. Because I'm this school students weren't ranked through popularity they relied on their gambling skills. And he was the best and he had a group of friends that were his back up that were as good as him.

During break time he was sitting at a table with his friends Kia and Kurt the twins Kia is a smart gambler with blood lust taught to her by her father and her brother was a person who won through thinking and strategy. Their father was a Allie to his gang leader father the strongest man in the city. Then, there's his best friend Nicole the daughter of the second strongest gang leader and a gambler who won through brains and cheating she has never been caught.

Dean had liked Nicole for a long time but he doesn't know how to tell her that cause he believes she's out of his league. As he was in thought he had a deck of cards laid in front of him and some poker chips as a guy sat down. "I challenge you to a game of poker Mr. King of spades" this guy seemed confident he'd win so Dean took him on to humor the guy.  Once sealed his hand he looked and smiled as they played Texas Holden and he showed Nicole his hand and she smiled.

The guy mocked Dean and put all in on first hand "you must have a very good hand there kid alright I'll humor you all in". Dean pushed his chips in and told the kid to lay and the guy did and went to take the pot till Dean stopped and laid his cards and the kids eyes widened. "T-That's impossible I even used a cheat shuffle how did you get the cards you needed" this kid even cheated and still lost to the king.

"It's luck I was born with it" the guy ran off with his things as  Dean saw his worst enemy sitting across the cafeteria. That was his only real competition in the school having all the brains he did. "Dean your staring at Grey again" Nicole pointed out as she took a bite of her lunch. "Oh I am I didn't realize so anything new happen while I was gone on Friday last week". Kia nodded "three more kids were killed" in this school the teachers and staff didn't care if a kid died it was normal really this school prepared them to be future gang leaders and gamblers and the government let this school happen cause they stayed in their city limits.

"Hmm well I suppose they weren't strong enough" Dean laughed and Nicole got up to throw away her tray when grey grabbed it for her "hello beautiful let me take that for you". Grey also had a things for Nicole and was kind to her despite her working for his enemy. Nicole thanked him and Dean growled under his breath.

Grey kissed her hand and smiled at Dean in a mischievous way and Nicole looked at Dean. "You look mad are you ok" Dean crushed his can of soda "I'm fine". After lunch they had time to gamble but Kia felt like killing so found someone to gambler with their life, her brother went to play spades with a couple guys and a girl and Nicole and Dean sat down and played a game of cards with each other.

They didn't feel like dealing with others at the moment so they played cards together. Dean was frustrated with Grey but he wasn't gonna say anything about it he'd handle it himself. "You know one day we will be the top leaders and we will be rather strong" Dean always thought about when they day would come. "I know my brother was so unfit for this so I had to take over but I'm not complaining".

She crossed her legs and played her hand and beat him "I win". Dean smiled and she looked at him "king beats the queen". In the back of  Dean's mind he thinks to himself "you will be our queen one day". As he looked at her and her beauty she leaned in and smiled "you stare a lot your highness". Dean laughed and sat back "yeah yeah you win I'll buy you a snack".

Dean and Nicole have been friends for the longest playing cards as kids they met the twins their freshmen year of high school. They always suspected they'd be allies after they took over their fathers gangs and others silently thought it would be stronger and the 2 would marry and make one strong powerful gang.

Their parents have pondered that idea before but they choose to let the kids choose since they were both already equally powerful. The two seemed to have a mutual trust in each other to always be allies. The problem was that Dean wanted more and so did Grey both boys wanted her.

After a long day at school Dean was ready to go out with his friends and chill at their favorite chill spot in town. They went to the diner and they sat down and the waitress knew what they all wanted and got the order in and as they ate they talked about up coming gambling tournaments the school would be holding. "I think we should all enter the next one so we have a 4 outta whatever chance to win" Dean said as he stuck a fry in his mouth. They all nodded and agreed to it and they had 2 weeks till the next tournament were these teens gonna keep this rein of theirs going fuck yes they were.
