Tommy's eyes widened. "What does that me-"
"Quiet Tommy, the adults are speaking" Techno glanced at Tommy before looking back at dream.
Dream's smiled behind his mask. "Yes." Tommy's eyes widened as dream walked to him and grabbed Tommy's four arm.
"T-techno?" Tommy looked up at the pig man, he got pulled away from the portal. "HELP!" Tommy watched as Technoblade looked back at him before turning and walking through the portal.
Tommy shattered. The person he looked up to just let him get taken away.
Timeskip
Tommy was woken up by dream shoving him to the ground. He curled up shivering from the night cold.
"See Tommy! I'm your only friend!" Dream yelled at the teen on the ground. "Tommy you know what this means?"
Tommy looked up at the masked man. fear glazed over his eyes at that moment. he knew what was coming. "d-drea-" he was cut off by dream.
"punishments, Tommy."
Dream grabbed Tommy's arms and lead him to the sea, plummeting the teens head under the water.
water stated to fill the struggling boy's lungs. he was lifted out of the water, coughing up the liquid a bit before his head being shoved back in. this process repeated a few more times before dream left the weak boy on the sand of his exile.
black dots filled Tommy's vision before falling into a sleep.
he dreamed about the old days, before everything went to shit. it felt so real, so warm tommy loved it and he never wanted to leave.
But.
all good things must come to a end at one point.
Tommy gasped as he woke up, shivering from the cold of the night. he was lucky the area was lit up well. he looked around, seeing the spare tent.
he made his way over to it, coughing as he laid down in it, it wasn't much but at least he was covered from the elements.
Tommy closed his eyes, waiting for sleep. it never seemed to come, he never noticed the moment he did but what he did know was the nightmare.
Wilbur towered over him, his face was covered by Dream's mask "Tommy, let's be the bad guys."
this process repeated many times Dreams mask being on everyone's face. it felt horrible, the warmth of his dream before now turning cold.
this process seemed to have repeated every day for the next month. every day felt the same, Tommy's hope slipped more and more.
Tommy was awoken by someone.
"i know dream I'm coming.."
"Tommy?"
Tommy looked up, seeing Tubbo.
"T-Tubbo?" he looked up at the other teen, tears slipping out of his eyes. he hugged the other teen "I-I'm sorry Tubbo.."
Tubbo paused before hugging the other tears slipping out of his eyes. they stayed there for a bit, before a noise interrupted them. the ender portal, Tommy looked up. seeing dream looking the other way.
he went into fight or flight mode, grabbing Tubbo's hand and booked it the other way. dream shouted and started chasing them.
Tubbo seemed confused before looking back and seeing the green man. he looked forward as well and started running. the both of them ducking branches and jumping over holes and fallen trees.
They somehow lost dream and came to a clearing. at that moment they both looked at each other while panting. they both started to laugh.
"D-Did we just escape dream?!" Tubbo laughed at Tommy's question.
"yeah, yeah we did!" they both smiled. no words needed to be said they knew that they forgave each other.
sure, happy moments don't stay forever.
but that's why people cherish them the most.
