"Sorry to scare you little kitten.I just made a way to let my son introduce you to us as his girlfriend.Anyway,I'm Odinaire Mendez.Father of these two handsome lads.I apologized for having a bad impression to you."

Napatunganga ako sa sinabi ng ama ni Luthor.Tinitigan ko siyang mabuti.His left eye were staring at me while the other is to nowhere.Para makatayo ay kailangan niya ng tungkod upang kumuha ng suporta.He's old,yeah,but I can clearly see that he's a handsome man noong kapanahunan niya pa.

Napaangat ang tingin ko kay Luthor na madiin ang tingin sa kanyang ama.Napakapit ako sa damit niya ng biglang tumayo ang magandang babae.Her face screams betrayal.She throw an accusing look to Luthor before averting her attention on me.Nanginig ako ng bigyan niya ako ng malamig na tingin.I get it now,alam ko na kung saan nagmana ang dalawa.

The woman crossed her arms on her chest.She look at me closely,while I did the same to her.She's really beautiful,I think her age is around my mother's.She has this crown braid that looks magnificent.She's wearing an elegant red ruffled sleeve dress.Napalunok ako ng magtama ang mga mata namin.There's no doubt that this woman is Luthor and Loki's mother.

"So,your my son's girl?" I was intimidated by her soft yet cold voice.

Napakapit ulit ako ng mahigpit sa damit ni Luthor.He then held my waist tightly.

"Mom,stop scaring her." natatawang sabi ni Luthor.He bent down,leveling my ear. "Nasaan ang tapang mo ngayon,hmm." He teased before chuckling.

Napasimangot ako sa kanya at ibinaling ang tingin sa babaeng nasa harap.Nakataas ang kilay niya habang nakatingin sa amin.Her eyes drifted on Luthor's hand on my waist.

"I'm talking to your girlfriend,son." She said.

"You can talk to her without intimidating her,mum."

Her mother sighed before eyeing his son.Her eyes drifted on me again,this time the cold facade were gone it was replaced by a softer one.She motioned the seat beside Luthor,gesturing me to sit.

And I did.

Inalalayan ako ni Luthor kaya nasa amin ang atensyon nilang lahat.Loki was lazily eyeing his brother with his sharp eyes while sipping his tea but I can see him hiding his smirk.He's father look satisfied and his mother looked so amused.

Silence enveloped us.The only thing we could hear is the chirping of the birds and the sways of the trees.Hindi nakatiis ang Ina nila kaya nagsalit na siya.

"You're Lulu's girlfriend,aren't you?" she asked.

I can feel Luthor's hand on mine,interlocking it.Somehow,I feel better and at ease.I nodded shyly.I Luthor's low chuckle kaya patago ko siyang kinurot but he didn't even budge.

"What's your name,hija?" His father asked.

I cleared my throat before answering.

"D-Dani po...D-Dainty Nierella Sanchez..."I answered nervously.

There's a hint of recognition on their face when I said my name.
