Don't Be Suspicious Pt. 3

As I emerged from the alleyway, I noticed Jean was ahead of me by a good distance. He was almost to the meeting point in fact. I rubbed my shoulder as I made my way towards him, looking to notice that Connie and Sasha weren't far behind. The hell was that about..?

Once regrouped, we finished our patrol and headed back. I informed them that they were dismissed once we were back before we had even launched into the air, and they were headed through the gates before my feet even hit the ground. Lost in my thoughts, I rubbed my shoulder again as I walked through, Marco running up to me.

"How was your patrol?" He questioned lightly.

"It was..odd. To say the least. Jean was hanging back and all of us had gotten split up in a crowd at one point. As I turned to look back from Connie and Sasha he pushed me into an alley. He didn't say anything he just looked at me before walking away."

His eyes widened in surprise. "What?? Are you okay??"

"Yeah, I'm okay Marco. Thank you. This can't go on any longer. I'll confront him tomorrow, but right now, I think I'm going to go soak in the bath. I can already feel the bruises forming." I sighed heavily.

He nodded. "Come get me before you confront him. You don't need to do it alone, whether your my superior or not." He smiled softly and gently rubbed my upper arm before turning and heading inside with me following shortly after.

"(Y/n)." Levi's voice from behind startled me, making me turn on my heel in the middle of the hall headed to our office/room.

"Oh, hey Levi." I smiled sheepishly.

He raised a brow at my semi-slumped stature. "I called your name back there but you didn't answer. What's wrong?" He questioned as he moved closer and put a hand on my lower back, walking with me.

I gotta tell him the truth, because he'll only find out later and then I'll get my ass handed to me..

"Something..happened during patrol." I muttered as we stepped into the office and he shut the door. As soon as I finished my statement, he whipped around as if he had just heard me scream.

"What? What happened?" There's the daddy tone..

I sighed softly as one hand subconsciously reached to grip the opposite shoulder, making me wince. "There was a crowd, and we had gotten momentarily split up. After yelling to Connie and Sasha a meet up point so we could regroup, Jean pushed me into an alley."

Levi's hands clenched at his sides. "What did he do to you?"

I took a step back, swallowing thickly as I looked at his stance. "Nothing besides shoving me into the wall. He had started to say something but just shook his head and walked away instead. I plan on confronting him tomorrow."

He was silent for a few minutes before his hands relaxed and he moved towards me. "I was afraid he had done something more serious.." He paused and pressed his forehead against mine. "Come on, let's get you into a nice hot bath to soothe those muscles, princess."

Here's a little announcement for you guys! In the next week or so I'm going to be doing a photo shoot as Levi! I've made some adjustments to my cosplay so it's about time to get some new shots done, lol. It won't be the black uniform unfortunately because I don't have everything gathered for that yet so it'll be the regular uniform and possibly the white shirt and black jacket outfit! I was going to do it earlier in March but I had to let my tongue piercing heal bc it hurt lmao.
