"We're Gonna Play the Name Game, You Wanna Go First?"

I am well aware that is not the first part of the vine.

Ah, yes. Enslaved pain.

What's more stressful than doing your homework while the teacher is collecting it? Naming a character.

How exactly did I name these characters that are mine? In alphabetical order, I'll show you.

Aquilo- Aquilo was one of the Roman(Or Greek, I can't remember) gods of the winds, this particular one being the North Wind, the cold wind. This character, being associated with frost and cold, should definitely have a name relating to cold.

Cassidy- This name, if it wasn't already obvious, was given to one of the ghosts because she was based on Golden Freddy.

Charlotte- Like with Cassidy, her name stems from the name of the soul possessing the Puppet.

Flaminio- The name sounds a lot like "flaming", and for a fiery character, I do need a name that associates with fire. Flaminio has that association, so I gave it to Flay.

Kellen- Though he's not a prominent character in this story, I still gave him a name. Kellen was named after Funtime Freddy's voice actor Kellen Goff, who did a great job with the character.

Lewis- Seeing as Dawko's real name is Lewis, and the character is based off of him, I thought it would be fitting for him to share the same name as him.

Matthew- This actually came from some of my old stories, back when I was writing Hetalia fanfiction. I started associating APH Canada with Glitch, and even in making this character, I couldn't shake it. So I gave this character the same name as APH Canada's human name.

Norman- The Projectionist's real name is Norman Polk. And like with William and Sammy, I gave him a name that further ties in to his source material.

Oleander- Oleander plants are toxic to eat, though pretty to look at. I also wanted a name that came from something toxic. While I could've given him my toxic friend's name, Oleander was a better choice name wise.

Panchito- Ah, Papyrus. I wanted a name that had the same energy as Papyrus gave off in his source material. And Panchito did it.

Pit- If you didn't immediately understand why I gave this name to this character you are a blind fool.

Sammy- Named her after Sammy Lawrence, who she was based off of.

Sept- Like Sans, the name has "lazy" and "quick" sounds to it. It also ties in with the seven souls thing.

Vanessa- She was based off of Vanny, and so shares the name with her.

Vincent- A throwback to those days when everyone called the purple guy Vincent.

Wallace(Dr. Gaston)- Gaster's "official" name is Wing Dings, and to reflect this I chose a "sophisticated" name that could be shortened to "W. D."

William- Since we know William Afton is Spring(and if you say Spring is Michael I will shatter your cap of the knees), I chose a name that reflected this fact and if you say any different I'll use your ribs as a xylophone.
