*Kim's p.o.v*
The next morning I woke up in Hayes' arms. I looked at him, but he was still asleep. It was so cold. After a while Hayes woke up and said "Good morning beautiful" I smiled and mumbled a good morning back. We stood up and went out of the playhouse again. "Let's go" I said. "I got an idea" he said. "What?" I asked. "I got some money, we can buy a sweater for you, so you don't have to cold" he said. I shook my head. "No, it's okay, we'll need that for food" he still wanted to buy a sweater for me but agreed. "Do you have any idea where we are?" I asked. He shook his head. "No, sorry, I don't know where we are since the bus trip" he said. I nodded. "Maybe we can go to a friend of mine?" Hayes said. I nodded. "but he can't tell Cameron or Nash or Gina where we are" I said to make it clear. He nodded. "Can you take an apple out of backpack please?" He asked. I nodded and reached for an apple. "Here... Oh wait," I said. I found something. "You phone!" I said. He smiled and looked on it. "He's death" he said. "Wait" I said. I opened my bag and searched for the charger. "I was going to take my phone but I forgot him and only took the charger with me" I said giving it to him. "now we only need to find a place to charge it" Hayes said. I nodded and we started walking. After a while we saw a shop like Starbucks, but the drinks didn't cost that much. We went for 2 smoothies. "Can I ask you something?" I asked to the older women who gave us our drinks. She nodded "what's wrong?" She said with a sweet voice. Her voice sounded a little like the voice of my grandma. "Is it possible to charge a phone here? We need to call someone but we don't know the number, it's in his phone but the phone's death" she nodded and we handed the charger and the Hayes' phone. We drank up our drinks on a table. We sat there for around an hour and we just talked a little. It was inside so we had the chance to warm up a little. "You're phone is 100%" the nice lady said. We thanked her and went outside. "So who is this friend of yours?" I asked. "Carter" He said. I nodded but still had no clue. "I haven't talked to him in a while" he also said. He picked his phone out of my hands and tried to call him. But of course it went to voice mail. "He's not picking up," Hayes said "I'll try later" I nodded.
We didn't walked a lot anymore, because we could go to Carter, if he picks up the phone of course. So we decided to have some fun. "What do you want to do?" he asked me. "No idea, what can we do?" It had to be for free, because we didn't had a lot money and we still need it for food and drinks. "What about going to the beach?" He asked. "Are you serious? It's almost winter?" I said surprised. "Just to take a walk then?" He said. I agreed. We went to the next bus station and asked the driver if he went in the direction of the beach and he did. We went on the bus and it took almost 40 minutes till we got there. Hayes tried to call Carter again, but he still didn't pick up. We walked out of the bus to the direction of the sand. "Wait, I'm going to take off my shoes first" I said. He nodded and did the same thing. We put them in our bags and started walking. He took my hand as we walked step by step in the cold sand. It wasn't that cold like last night anymore, gladly. "Wait" Hayes said as he stopped. "I'm getting a call" he also said. "What's up Carter" He said. I smiled. "Wait, I'll put you on speaker" Hayes said. He did what he said. "Why are you putting me on speaker? Is everything okay? You've been calling me like crazy" he said. "Well, is it okay if we go to your place? But you can't say anything to Cam or Nash or my parents, no one" Hayes said like it was nothing to worry about. "Why?" Carter asked. "I'll explain it to you later" He said. "Okay, where are you guys? I'll come pick you up" Carter said. "That's kind of a big problem, we have no clue where we are right now, we just went to the closest beach" Hayes answered. "Okay, that might be a problem" Carter responded. "Just go to the closest street and tell me the name of it" Carter said. We went back to the street where the bus stopped and searched for a name board. It took a while till we found it. "Main street William" Hayes said into the phone. "okay and are there houses? so you can tell me a number?" I looked and saw a number I went closer to it and said "56" He didn't responded immediately. "Is that a girl?" Carter asked. "Yeah, don't asked, I'll tell you everything when we meet up" Hayes said smiling at me. "FYI, her name's Kimberlee" he also said. "okay," Carter said laughing. "Talk to you later" he said before hanging up.
We just sat down on the edge of street. There weren't any cars driving by. We just waited in silence till Carter came. "I hope he's not going to tell them" I said. "He won't, I promise" I nodded and gave him a kiss. "Thanks for doing this for me" I said. "It's nothing babe" he said putting his arm around my waist. I went a little closer to him to get a little warmer. It wasn't that cold like before, but it was still cold tho.
