Shadow Meets the Gods!

Chapter 5

Shadow raced inside the realm. Zielo already knew the reason why shadow was there and he had one of his soulless guide shadow to silver's room. Shadow quickly went inside and checked on silver. Silver was alright. Now, shadow had to get out very quickly before the barriers went up. Shadow quickly raced out of zielo's realm and jumped from there to heephis's then quickly to celios. Shadow ran to luna and secured himself in her house. Shadow was almost out of breath.

Luna: shadow! good timing!

Shadow: whew...thought i wasnt gonna make it.

*knock knock*

Alex: shadow!

Shadow lets alex in

Shadow: alex! u ok?!

Alex: almost didnt make it. whew...

Shadow: same here, i went on a thing to see if my brothers were ok. Then i had to rush here. Never knew being a miracle was gonna be so difficult.

Luna: you'll be ok, we can help you

Alex: yep!

Shadow: thank you.

Later on, shadow rested. He looked outside and saw the barrier's up. Purple with light lavender streams of light flowing through them. Shadow tried to fall asleep but, he couldn't. He kept thinking of what wouldve happend if he didnt make it back. If he got trapped inside the other realms by the time the barrier went up. But, he'll get those answers later on. He eventually felt a calm warmness and drifted off to sleep.

Shadow woke up the next morning and went downstairs. He saw a note on the table.

Note: "Morning shadow! breakfast is for you under the plate. Theres a plate on it to cool it down. dont forget embrace is at 8:45AM!"

Shadow ate his breakfast and went to the embrace area early. He met up with alex. Luna was with another dear sibling.

Alex: shads!

Shadow: hey!

Alex: ready for this?!

Shadow: kinda, nervous hehe. Umm, my first time

Alex: dont worry, embrace is easy. I'll show you ok?

Shadow: yes

Later, luna showed up and Embrace started. All of the miracles embraced the father. After that, shadow stayed a bit for all of them to leave. Shadow was still curious about something.

Celios: is something bothering you?

Shadow: yeah, it's about the barriers that go up every night

Celios: what about them?

Shadow: i'm just wondering, what happens if ummm let's say this. A soulless is hanging out with his friend in eldest's realm with a few radiants. The time comes to head back to your realms. The soulless gets lost and doesnt make it to the realm by the time the barrier is up. What happens to the person trapped in the wrong realm?

Celios: something very bad. Some sort of magic swirls around them and turns said soulless into a radiant.

Shadow: wait, they can turn into a different follower?

Celios: yes, that's why you must be back in the realm before the close or else you'll turn into either eldest or youngest's followers.

Shadow: oh man, alright. i'll keep that in mind. Thanks father

Shadow leaves and heads back to luna and alex.

Alex: hey shads!

Shadow: hey

Luna: what's up?

Shadow explains what happens if u get trapped in the wrong realm by the time the barrier closes.

Luna: oh jeez

Alex: oh man, alright, if we ever find ourselves in another realm, we teleport back here in time.

Luna: alright

Shadow: you guys can teleport right?

Both: yes

Shadow: ok good, im gonna be outside for a bit

Luna: ok

Shadow goes outside. Trying to take some time to absorb all the new information. All the rules and warnings and stuff. It's a whole lot. Shadow already knows so much but, there's so much more he must learn if he really wants to serve Father well.
