Helping Shoyo - A Tsukihina Story

The Present

Now we're back to the 15 year old me, and I wish this was all over. That guy (i'll just call him Luke) only comes home once a week to collect money. We don't know what day it will be so we have to be careful.

When he does come home, It's the same as it always is, he kicks and punches and throws stuff at me. Natsu hides in our room. I think Luke forgot he even had a daughter, because he's never asked or went looking for her, but I think that's a good thing.

I work on weekends to make money to provide for me and Natsu. Our house bills are being paid by my aunt, but she hated my mom so she never sees us.

I wake up to my alarm going off, It's 5:45am. I go down to make breakfast for my sister and mom then go get dressed. I put on my volleyball clothes under my jacket, so that no one would see all the scars and bruises that litter my body.

I go over to Natsu's bed to wake her up and get her ready. I have to bring her to school everyday because there is no neighbors who can take her.

We hop on my bike and ride to school. Luckly, Natsu's school is just down the street from mine. I drop her off and she gives me a big hug. "Remember don't tell anyone about home, and today you have to come to my gym since daycare is closed today." I tell her.

"Okay Sho! I'll see you soon!" Natsu says with a big smile on her face, as she runs into her school.

A few minutes later I arrived at the school. I look at the time and see I'm 10 minutes late. "Crap!" i say as i run to the gym and slam open the doors, out of breath. Everyone turns to stare at me and I give everyone a big smile "sorry I'm late!"

"Wow what a surprise shrimpy, I thought you were always here first volleyball freak." Tsukishima says with a smirk.

I pretend to laugh it off and go get changed. Even though Tsukishima is the biggest asshole ever, for some reason I just can't stop thinking about him. I wish he didn't hate me, then things might've actually worked out.

I walked back into the gym, and practiced with Kageyama and the others.

TIME SKIP TO PRACTICE AFTER SCHOOL

3rd person pov

The team was back to the gym to start warming up for practice. Then there was a little knock at the gym door. Suga goes to open it, and Natsu runs in tackling Hinata to the floor. Noya and Tanaka start to go crazy saying "you have a sister!?!?" "why didn't you tell us?!?!"

Kageyama just stares in confusion and Tsukishima rolls his eyes saying "oh great theres 2 of them."

Natsu comes back to her senses and apologizes to her brother, making sure she didn't hurt hinata more then he already is. Natsu then hides behind him, scared of all the older kids. "Sorry for not telling you before, but this is my little sister Natsu." Hinata says with a nervous smile "Our parents are not home so can she stay here just for today please." he said as he begged coach Ukai.

"Ok fine, but she better not cause any trouble." Coach Ukai says. Everyone is excited she gets to stay, (except for tsukki and kageyama ofc.)

But then, all of the sudden takeda runs in, bursting through the doors panting. Everyone runs over to him to see what was happening, then he says "were in-invited to a 5 d-day volleyball tr-training camp next w-week" he says between breaths.

Everyone lights up and starts to scream while jumping up and down. "But one last thing." Takeda starts "you need to pass the exam on friday." kageyama and hinata freeze. "Shit" they both mumble.
