Okay, pretty much the plotline stays the same. I'll reveal who is the third empire and it's Third Reich. And no, since Phil is pretty much traumatized it's kinda hard for him to forget all of it, resulting of him having a counter part. (I'll make the flag later)

As I said in my announcement I changed Phil's design and his height is 6'1

Same goes to his personality.
He's flirty, and always do pick-up lines.

Can be sarcastic and sometimes.... sadistic.
He can be idiot and dramatic but he's pretty much a kind-hearted person and would always do everything to help his friends.

Also he wears shades like America so you can't actually seperate him from his shades unless he goes to sleep.

His counter part name is Achlys which means Darkness. It's a Greek name I found while looking for a name for da boi.
I still haven't made the flag but just imagine Phil's flag but reverse with the Sun and stars gone and got replaced with the Iron Cross

Loud footsteps echoed through the hallways. the person leaned on the wall as he catched his breath, "why is it always have to be me?!" he complained as he continued running, he was pretty much late for the world meeting since he didn't get enough sleep because his counter-part keeps bugging him plus his paperwork and job.

He slammed the doors opened as he realized the attentions of all the countries is on him now. He awkwardly smiled at them as he catched his breath.

"I apologize for being late and.... for slamming the doors" he quickly closed the doors and head to his sit neat. He was between Mal and Indo who is apparently not listening to UN.

"So...... why were you late?" Mal whispered to him,

"Let's just someone annoying lil' bitch was bugging me last night and didn't let me sleep." He replied as he glared at his counter part who is smiling at him. Achlys pretty much enjoys making Phil suffer.... I mean.... isn't that was mostly of our counter part do?

Achlys was basically created from the Trauma Phil, got from Third Reich during WW2. He pretty much keeps making the Filipino suffer. He would sometimes take over Phil if the Filipino somewhat stressed.

But that is somewhat impossible right now unless he's talking to China who always loves to make the Filipino mad at him or something. (China isn't a Mas0ch¡st) 

"But it's fun seeing you suffer~" Achlys said in a playful tone while smiling at Phil who is annoyed right now.

Only few people knows about Phil's Counter part. And pretty much help him keep Achlys on the bay. Organizations are also aware of this fact.

After the whole meeting was done. Everyone else went back to their country or just stay in the building for a little while. Phil on the other hand decide to go back to his country since he pretty much wanna sleep.

He cancelled all his appointments because he's just really really tired. He forced himself to attend the meeting despite he was really tired.

After he got back to his house (mansion) he jumped to his bed and didn't even bothered changing his clothes nor taking off his shoes.

Martial noticed how tired his brother the past days. He's worried for his brother's health, so being a responsible big brother he is. He decides to suprise Phil by giving him 2 months vacation in Europe.

He'll just have to wait until his lil' brother wakes up from his beauty sleep.... after all sleeping is important right?

Done. I'm sorry for short chapter guys. Also I just finished Achlys character!

This is what he looks like. And yes Phil has a scar on his right eye but he sort of manage to hide with his visor and make up.

Achlys is created from his Trauma and negative feelings. But don't worry! Achlys isn't really a bad guy! But no promises on killing XD
