The Games We Play [REBOOTED]

[This is an unfinished chapter meant to appear way later in the story. Seeing as that won't happen I thought I should at least let you enjoy it.]

Story so far: After killing a double Y/n journeys to KKHTA and is quickly swept up in the madness with a gleeful smile. The effects of the moon had no effect on him till Flan destroyed the barrier.

Y/n's body began to shake. His form fluctuating. His mouth ripped apart as it grew in size. From his now gaping maw blood seeped out as his teeth sharpened and grew to a razors edge. His sclera blackened and his blood red eyes sharpened. From his back energies sparked as his hidden wings revealed themselves. Instead of circling around him normally each wing darted around his back, clashing with each other often. More wings sprouted from his back, one a crows wing and the other a bats.

As if recognizing his masters feelings his weapons revealed themselves. His book opened up to reveal dozens of sharp teeth as tethers of mana flowed out and stabbed into his body, making him look as if he were a living marionette. His weapon impales itself within the insane homunculus and melds with him. From the bloodied chest sprouts a flower that blooms to reveal a blood shot eye. The flowers spread throughout the right side of his body, their roots visible under the flesh. Finally the fingers on his right hand fell away revealing metallic claws that resembled his old scythe.

Falling to all fours the metal clangs as the beast erupts into monstrous laughter, his voice losing the cool emotionless edge and gaining a large deep animalistic tone. He then stood up overjoyed.

Y/n-"This form! This feeling!" He touches his face and licks at his own blood. "It's so intoxicating!" He smiles wickedly as he turns his head a full one eighty degrees. "Oh how i'd love to let it all go and give in..." He states as he looks upon Reimu who was taking on a new form of her own. "But..." His head spikes upward, bones cracking, as he gets a good look at the fleeing Lunarian space craft. "They're really pissing me off." He growls.

A tether jerks and his left arm twists back. It stretches out and forms a gaping maw as it engulfs the head of the dead dragon god. In one swift chomp it was gone and power surged through the chimeran homunculus. He huffs and locks eyes with the retreating ships bridge.

Y/n-"For crossing me... for the death of each child... for tricking Flan... and for bringing madness upon this land... as natures judge... I sentence you to death..."

Surging forward his clawed hand rips open a gap and Y/n lunges forward as his other prepares a wave of fire. From atop the craft he emerged cackling as he strikes it with fire hotter than the sun. Not much damage was done but enough to get a small hole. The cackling continues as he shreds his body to fit through the melted and jagged hole.

Inside, the bloodied and mangled Y/n is met with dozens of moon rabbits firing upon him. He fell to all fours as he sprinted towards them, his metal claw scraping the interior. He rips out and consumes the jugular of one rabbit as his elements strike another. The tethers pull his legs into the air just as a rabbit swung down with a hammer. He laughed as he spat out blood the burnt away the girls face before twisting around and beheading two rabbits with a simple kick.

Jumping into the air, his body twists back as he unleashes a fire dragon roar that blows away several rabbits. Amongst the cacophony of screams Y/n froze time as he dodged a bullet. Appearing behind the rabbit she is shocked to see that her weapon missed but before anything could be done Y/n's torso opened up and swallowed a chunk of her stomach.

Y/n-"Rabbit meat isn't the best but damn is it good!" He spoke as he belched out some fire. His neck snaps around as he looks at the last rabbit cowering in fear. "Three choices, die to my hands, die to your bosses hands, or die by Luna's claws." I said as I stood over her.

The rabbit quickly points me in the direction of the bridge. I thank her and quickly vacate the hall as I hear the hurried foot fall of at least two dozen rabbits. Finding the door the rabbit spoke of I slashed my claw forward and tore open a gap that unleashed a bullet train full of civilians. It crashes through and explodes as I unleash a wave of fire and ice to create a steam explosion. When the dust settles the only two people stood in the bridge.

Y/n-"Ah, Lady Yorihime how glad I am to see you again." She stood and glared at me, her sword at the ready. "How long has it been?"

Yorihime-"If you where hoping for a quick death you should've stayed down. You will get no mercy from me here."

Y/n-"Chuckles No no, I have no interest in dying, at least not today. I have come to you with an offer."

Yorihime-"So you're a traitor then?" Her glare hardens.

I laugh as I pull my head back and put my hand over it before locking eyes and giving her a dead stare.

Y/n-"Hardly the sort. You see Lady Yorihime, I am not of this world, more correctly this universe. I've been granted access to this land after besting my alternate. This world matters not to me. Everything here can disappear and I wouldn't care in the slightest."

Yorihime-"So why is it that your here?"

Y/n-"Simple really." My form begins to revert to normal but this time I have two large moon rabbit ears. "I desire power. I care for the people of my world and yet I desire their powers. I would never strike at them but this world, this world is free for the pickings."

Yorihime-"So you want to take the lives of your alternate friends? Let's say I believe you. I have no way to trust you. You've already slaughtered dozens of my soldiers."

Y/n-"Like you care for cannon fodder. Cough I am a man of my word, I do not lie. I give you my word that I will leave this land after the extermination of all our enemies."

Yorohime smiled. Y/n grinned. A tale none would expect has begun to weave itself. Enemies turned allies, this was an unexpected twist of fate.
