The Losers Club had split up. Fuck.

When I got home, I was welcomed by the sound of gunshots from the backyard. Henry.

I ran inside to get changed out of my bloodstained clothing before going back outside.

I shoved my hands into my jean pockets and headed over to Henry and his friends. He was shooting at glass bottles as target practice. Imagine what dad will do once he sees Henry with his gun.

As I got closer to them, Henry finally turned around to realize I was home.

"Holy shit-" he said as he handed the gun to Belch. He quickly ran over to me and wrapped his arms around me. God he was so two sided. One day he'll be slut shaming me and the next he'll pretend as if nothing had changed in the past 8 years. "I'm so happy you're okay"

"Thanks" was all I could say.

"Thanks? That's all?" He looked back to the company he still had and then turned back to me. "We'll talk later. Come on, I wanna show you something" he said as he took my hand and lead me over to his friends.

Belch handed the gun next to my brother and with one shot, he easily got the target.

"Great job" I sarcastically said.

"Put the next target out there" he ordered Belch as he pointed to the stray cat outside.

"Henry, what are you doing?" I asked as Belch went to go position that cat.

"Trust me, I got this"

"Yeah, I know you got this, but you are not about to shoot a cat!"

Belch held the cat in place and Henry prepared himself to shoot. I tried to take the gun out of his hand, but it was no use.

"What the hell's going on here?" A familiar voice said from behind us. It was dad.

I turned to face him and he was happy to see me.

"Y/n" he said in surprise. "Glad to see you're back from your sleepover at Beverly's"

Sleepover? I guess that was the excuse Henry used for me while I was away.

Dad then geared his attention back to Henry.

"Now what the hell are you doing?" He asked.

"Just cleaning your gun, like you asked." Henry weakly said.

"You're cleaning my gun, huh? Y/n, go inside" he ordered me.

I did as he said and headed inside. When I got inside, I watched from the window to see everything go down. Thankfully, I could still hear everything, but it wasn't pretty.

Dad began to yell at Henry in front of his friends. He then took the gun back from Henry and started to walk away. He turned back around to shoot at the ground. Henry held his face in his hands. He was genuinely scared.

"Look at him now, boys. Ain't nothing like a little fear to make a paper man crumble." Dad said as he walked back into the house.

When dinner time came around, it was silent for the most part. Just like the last time I was here, we were having TV dinners. So much for my dad going shopping.

When dad realized the dinner was going nowhere, he took his plate to the sink and headed to bed, leaving Henry and I alone.

I felt the need to speak up.

"Henry-"

"I spent day's looking for you"

"You didn't have to beat it out of people"

"Yes I did, you're my sister goddamnit"

I sighed seeing that this was only going to go south and continued to eat my food. I continuously pulled down my t-shirt to hide my scar from Pennywise, but it was no use. It was summer and I hadn't packed any long sleeve shirts or jackets.

"Holy shit- what happened?" He asked.

"Since when do you care?"

"I'm your brother. I always care"

"Yeah right, because slut shaming your own sister is caring" I said as I stood up from the table and left.

I sure was right at home.
