Seeing him again

A week has passed since I've seen Levi again. I look for him during training days, at eating times, during free breaks, and I can't find him or his friend Isabel. Im starting to think I made him up in my mind in order to feel more welcomed at this place. Day and day I've been thinking of him. How could someone I met only once have such a big effect on me?

I've made a few friends in the past week of being in training; Emma and John. I haven't mentioned Levi to them just incase I am going mad. So far, Emma and I have been at the top of our class, despite being only here a week. She's agile, fast and strong, and really impressive on the 3DM gear. Her bright blonde hair dances in the wind as she moves, like a piece of paper during a storm. John is also very gifted, having immense strength. The cuts he is capable of doing with our swords blows all our minds. He is bald, tall and lean but very strong and takes fitness very seriously. Training for me isn't as hard as I thought it would be as I grew up in the mountains, knowing how to fight already, being almost second nature. Us three have become pretty good friends. Every time we sit in the dining hall to eat, they always ask me why I look to the corner of the room, where I sat with Levi. I never answer them, but they must be suspicious why I'm so distracted all the time, thinking of him.

Another month passed and still no sign of Levi. I lost all hope at this point. I wanted to get to know him... more than that. Despite only having a limited interaction with him, I think I fell in love. The mystery behind his eyes, his actions, his dead expression, and his intentions of why he wanted talking to me has intrigued me to the point of madness. Maybe I did make him up and I'm mourning someone that never existed. After a few days of losing hope, I stopped looking at the table in the dining hall, and stopped thinking about him late at night as I tried to sleep. I was moving on from the complete chaos that man put me though mentally, until that day.

"Levi!" I heard someone shout while we were running our frequent 5 mile runs. I swung my head as fast as I could into the direction of the voice and saw a man waving to the distance. I followed his glance, hoping, praying it was who I thought it was, and then... I stopped running; idle. It was him. Walking in the distance was Levi, his gorgeous hair waving in time to his steps as he come closer and closer to the man who shouted for him; "hello Farlan" Levi replied as he got close enough to be heard. Just as Levi approached this Farlan, he noticed me staring. As we locked eyes, my face became a tomato as I realise I wasn't mad, Levi WAS real and... and... he walking towards me. I freaked out and turned to continue running with the group when I heard him shout "hello y/n". I froze.
