Raided. (a Sapnap x Reader)

Ch. 5 - Haxx

6 days after the raid. Wednesday, 3 days until the date.

The clicking of keys on Sapnap's keyboard was inaudible to him as he worked on his latest school project. George and Dream were on call with him so that he could get help if he needed it, and so that he could at least have a little fun while working.

"Oh Sapnap, what's the name of that streamer you raided? The one you're going on a date with," Dream asked, quavering his words at "date".

"Y/N. And it's not a date." Sap replied, leaning back in his chair.

"Oh, it totally is!" George chimed in, wanting to poke his head into something he didn't start.

"Shut up, the both of you." Sapnap shrugged off their comments and went back to work. He was almost done, and once he was done, he planned on streaming, if he was still up for it. Or taking himself up on his day-old offer of a nap.

Checking back to discord for only a moment, thinking Dream or George had sent an image into the group chat, he noticed a Dm from someone he didn't know. I thought I had DMs off? He thought to himself, before daring to open it.

"Hello?" a new voice sounded through Sapnap's headphones, it was surprisingly monotone and quiet compared to the way they typed. Two "hi's" sounded simultaneously afterward. A quiet gasp and a chuckle sounded from "MothMaulled"'s mic.

"Oh wait I did not introduce myself in either conversation, My name is Toby, I'm the roommate of Sapnap's ~GiRlFriEnD~. My pronouns are he/him if you needed that info."

A confused look found itself onto Sap's face. "First, she's not my girlfriend, okay? Also how the hell did you do that."

"Do what?" Toby sounded genuinely confused.

"That thing, with your words, when you said 'girlfriend'. How did you do that? You said it like I was reading it. Or if you wrote it."

"I have no clue what you're talking about. Anyway, Sap, I have a word of advice for you."

Lmao sorry for this short of a chapter as a comeback. But hey! Short chapters mean more chapters! Also Toby content. ~~I really just ended this chapter as an excuse to change the point of view without interrupting a moment~~ anyway ch.6 will come shortly. 2 chapters after the other.
