Kuroo didn't like the change in Kenma's attitude. Showing up late, or not showing up at all to practice. He swears he saw Kenma a couple times stealing glances into the baking/cooking club room. His childhood best friend was ignoring him for some unknown reason, and it made Kuroo think back to what might have caused this sudden personality change.
Nothing.
That's what confused Kuroo even more, nothing had happened (that he knows of) that could cause this. He needed his best friend back.
He has been very I.A. on discord as well, only logging on for 10 minutes at 5 Am to welcome new comers on his server. Both boys never really talked while walking to school in the first place being that they were too tired in the mornings, so that wasn't anything new. But, now Kenma doesn't even bother walking home with Kuroo he always runs off, either home or oddly back to school.
At this point Kuroo was fed up. What was wrong with that kid? He was going to follow Kenma for the day. Not like a stalker though he was just making sure everything was alright with him, he's just worried is all.
Taking a stroll through the second year floor really brings back memories from when he would roam these halls. After checking where Kenma would usually be before class and, not seeing him worried Kuroo even more.
Just as he was about to call Kenma, he looked up from his phone and saw the blonde boy... peeking into the cooking club? Literally all the members of that club were girls, so could that mean?... Kenma has a crush?
Kuroo started having these mixed emotions, is he happy for his friend? Mad that he didn't even bother telling him? Or maybe even jealous of the girl? Who knows? Definitely not Kuroo.
That's not what matters right now. What matters is why was he spying on the girls like a creep?
Honestly Kuroo couldn't talk. He was doing the exact same thing, but with Kenma. Okay none of that is important right now. The bed head needs to talk to his best friend before anything.
Walking up to him he tapped his shoulder to start some kind of conversation. That seemed to startle the cat-like boy because, he slapped kuroo's hand away when it happened.
"Shit Kuroo you don't sneak up on people like that." "Yeah sorry dude, But um.. what are you doing?" "None of your fucking business, now leave me alone." His voice sounded cold and bitter. Not like like the usual, sarcastic Kenma, no not at all.
This is actually all apart of Kenma's plan. He wants to push Kuroo away as much as he can so he won't bother or interfere with his love life. If he did become a nuisance he would just simply delete him from the game altogether. He really hopes it shouldn't have to come to that but desperate time calls for desperate mesures.
Blah Blah Blah. KUROO DO YOU EVER SHUT UP? STOP ASKING SO MUCH GODDAMN QUESTIONS.

irritated, he stormed off into the men's bathroom and locked himself into a stall.
